Also Dimi hasn't had his chance! He's had one call up against Malta, which the team won 3-1. 

 

His time at AEK and AEK's failings cannot be lumped onto his shoulders. If I recall AEK were in a shambolic state and weren't even able to pay it's players!

No but I remember Karnezis in the penalty shoot out with Costa Rica. Putting a corpse in goal would have been more beneficial.

Karnezis wasn't great at the world cup but he's a very good goalkeeper. Udinese fans voted him player of the year which is a very big accolade.

Nothing against Dimi but he's not a realistic option. Give Barkas, Vellidis and Kapino a shot.

They also added Brad Guzan from Aston Villa, I doubt he'll feature this season. Shame really he played really well for them last season.

Dimi dropped for Boro's new signing Valdes. Despite him getting 17 clean sheets last season.

Valdes managed to let in Boro's opponents only shot on target. Final score 1-1.

Valdes picked up an injury so Middlesborough instead of playing Dimi played Guzman, who went on to spill a shot and allow Sunderland to grab a goal. Middlesborough managed to win 2-1 though.

 

Can't believe Dimi is being treated so badly, going from 1st choice keeper to 3rd. Beggars belief!

apart from that guzan spilled more then 1 ball and almost conceded a second after a bad save. dimi should indeed get a chance. its weird. first match was valdes 1st choice and dimi 2nd. second match valdes is out and guzan is 1st and dimi again 2nd. makes no sense to me.

Middlesborough have a cup game tomorrow, the general consensus is that Dimi will get the number one spot. 

 

So Middlesborough will have played three different keepers in their first three games.

played his first match this season in the FA Cup against accrington stanley last weekend and won with 1-0. middlesbrough sold guzan if im correct so he might be second keeper for the rest of the season.
