I wouldn't say meaningless, it would be special to win the title undefeated becoming only the 2nd team in Greek football history to do so. Something Olympiakos has never managed to do.

The Portuguese press are linking Sporting Lisbon with a move for Lamprou. I for one am excited to see what he has to offer when he returns, he's had a very good season in Holland. Poor first half, we had trouble when Asteras pressed us high. Once we gave them possession they couldn't build anything from the back. Game will become more stretched in the 2nd half, I think we'll grab a goal on the break. As long as Pasxalakis doesn't decide he wants to give Asteras an open goal, he seems hellbent on keeping his poor Cup form up. Rumors circulating today that since Porto have sold Hector Herrera who is a central midfielder for them. With that sale going through in the summer, apparently Conceicao wants Oliveira back for next season. We would have to put down the 12mil to activate the buy out clause other wise we would have to negotiate with them. If the Herrera sale is true then it's hard to see them settling for any thing less than the 12 million

Can you imagine the relegation playoffs? Teams like Asteras, Lamia, Panetolikos, Xanthi... These teams have no fans, let's just make them play each other with no big teams coming to town to at least get a decent crowd in those games. Will be awful to watch and there will only be 200-300 people in the stands watching it. Attendances are poor atm, this will just make it worse, for the smaller clubs at least.
