Manavis is a PAOK legend. Also called "The General". He was the leader of Gate 4 Fan Club for years. His real name is Makis Mavromichalis. He has stopped going to PAOK games in 1992 after the "famous" Paris St. Germain game at Toumba. The PAOK/Xanthi relegation hearing before the Superleague disciplinary commission which was held yesterday was postponed until Monday, February 24. Conveniently that's just one day after the derby at Toumba. The postponement was granted after PAOK questioned the legality of the EEA before in political courts. This thing will drag on for months.

The only time the final will be at Kaftanzoglio is if the final is between PAOK and Aris. Any other match-up will be played at OAKA. I would also like somebody else besides AEK in the final. I would really like to see an Olympiakos - Aris in the semifinal. Those will be two intriguing games.

pash you are right. Giannoulis badly needs rest. Would be nice if can be up by 2 or 3 goals by halftime so Ferreira can throw in Rodrigo/Michailidis as LB. I like Esiti in this game. This will be a dirty game. The Beast can keep them in check. There is no way Stoch will start. I would play Limnios on the left side and Lambrou on the right.

Apparently the fat owner who has a ban not to be involved with Greek soccer visited the referees during halftime. The result was a red card to Lamia player out of nowhere and a concerted effort to give Olympiakos players many set pieces in order to achieve a qualification to semifinals.

This was Mauricio's best game since he came back from his serious injury. We should have scored more goals in 1st half. In the 2nd half we were just coasting to victory. MVP Pelkas until he got injured.
