I should be proud of those athletes who reached the finals in track events like Polyniki Emmanouilidou at the 200 meters. She tied two PBs at 11.21 at the 100 meters heats and semifinals and got a PB of 22.84 in the semifinals. She is the only track athlete who deserves a spot for Greece at the Summer Olympic Games.

I'm surprised we signed Camara. I really didn't think it was going to happen. By all accounts he's a good player. Whether he's worth his salary, time will tell. As for Vierinha, I think there's still some value in having him for another year. The value is in his leadership in the club room much more so than on the pitch.

One gold (Tentoglou) and two silver (Stefanidis, Karalis) medals for Greece at the European Championships.

Tzolis was fantastic especially vs Germany he was all over the pitch. Should have scored but Neur made a great save. If the moron Poyet played him vs Georgia we would be at the Euros.

How could we also forget: Vieirinha refuses to retire and will probably be back for another season. I can only hope that he'll be used sparingly, and preferably as a winger.

Also forgot to mention that Zivko Zivkovic and Marcos Antonio are officially gone from PAOK.
