pash
Here's the squad list, no surprises from what I can see. Pelkas and Vieirinha picked up some knocks a few days ago and are sitting this out as a precaution.

pash
If there's ever a time for Lamprou to show an improvement in effectiveness, this is it. Looking forward to Akpom manhandling a few people. Hopefully Esiti also has another good game here. Half hour to go!
PaokCT
Lamprou is playing out of position. Why does this coach put him at striker? This looks like a 4-4-2. Also... we are getting outpossessed. OFI controlling the ball easily as we sit back and have our line of engagement at the halfway mark 66% possession for OFI first 20’ in Edited June 20, 2020 by PaokCT Stat

PaokCT
Just now, pash said: Cannot believe how easily OFI is controlling this game Exactly this. Controlling the game. They aren’t even possessing just to have the ball, they are working it from side to side so easily, up and down. I’m perplexed as to what Abel’s instructions were before the game. I coach at a high level and if my players came out like this I would be ripping them a new one. It’s inexcusable how we are playing against an inferior team.
Dutch Eagle
We are playing walking football. The sports for those who are 60+.
pash
Disgusted by what I see here. OFI is literally no threat, they couldn't score if their lives depended on it. However, the fact that literally any pressure applied by them results in them getting the ball has allowed at least 30 minutes of game time to be wasted. This is pathetic. Giannoulis can't shoot on target to save his life today. Why are we playing with defenders at all, though? Stick another three wingers on and call it a day. I've lost track of Akpom and Biseswar; haven't even seen them do anything in like 25+ minutes. Limnios and Matos can't pass or cross. In other news, I think with today's cap Matos gets his contract automatically renewed.

They play against us knowing that we won’t High press. The more time you give these teams on the ball the more their confidence grows. And for us, I don’t think we are confident in Abel’s tactics. I’ve never seen players yell at their teammates more than this season. We lack confidence and our play is giving the other teams more confidence. pash
Could be. I don't get the same feeling from them as I did in the darker days, though, where the team looked like it was committing suicide. The play of our defenders in particular has been a little better than I'd expect from a team without confidence. 2.5 games done, no goals
pash
Goal, easy as pie for them. While I don't think Ferreira needed to be fired going into this, I am increasingly thinking I'd be unbothered if he gets fired at the end of the season.

pash
So lemme get that straight - the linesman thought that was offside? He was onside by like two meters ffs (I was walking in and out of the room so I missed most of that, just saw a flag being waved and then a few seconds later the replay)
Dutch Eagle
Oké. Paschalakis needs to look again in the book "keepers for dummies". Ball should have been pushed to the cornerflag. Tzolis shows his skills. That's how a striker works. Bam goal!
pash
Hey man, that was the most entertaining thing that's happened in this match! -edit- assuming you're talking about the header by our illustrious GK, of course Edited June 20, 2020 by pash
pash
Matos went down in the box, I guess it's a check for a penalty. Probably isn't one. -edit- sorry that was Akpom that went down. Makes it more likely then. He's less dirty ? Edited June 20, 2020 by pash
