Very tricky game, and it has a great bearing on the cup game that follows on Wednesday. The chance of a red card on PAOK player(s) is a big possibility. That's why I am not surprised that EPO (ie Marinakis) has appointed the kamikaze Aretopoulos as the ref for the game.

If I was Tudor, I would bench some of our important players, but unfortunately we need a good result in this game as well.

I think the cupmatch is more important. And as we normally should qualify for the play-offs and Asteras has a difficult series of games I would bench our best players.

Our next match after this is vs Panthrakikos, on March 5th. The Olympiakos Cup match is between these two games, on the 2nd.

It seems that reds carry over from competitions, so we definitely can't afford to lose any more players in our last match before the cup. Which will have extra importance, since we're going to get absolutely slammed by cards here. My vote would be to lean towards expendable players.

One player I would sit out in this game would be Cimirot. He has been playing non-stop lately. I'd hate to have him not available for the Olympiakos game.

In the other positions we have limited options due to injures/cards.

I would field a lineup like this, assuming a 3-5-2 formation:

----------------------- Vellidis ------------------------

------ Vitor ---- Chatziisaia ---- Tzavellas ------

Kitsiou - Antonis - Kace - Pelkas - Korovesis

------- Mystakidis ------------- Mak ---------------

Call me craxy i see a 3 nil win.

Korovesis back will help, mak due for a few goals, mista on a roll, pelka is goof at home and kitsiou to have a big game.

No giannou upfrot will hurt asteras as ioaniddis is not ready to fill his boots

We're not looking horrible, at least. Mistakidis particularly dangerous for a spell just now.

Game rapidly developing into a s%$#! show...Tzavellas' crazy eyes are in full force. Yellows everywhere.

Unsurprisingly, the side looks so much better when Berbatov, Klaus, and Tziolis are not in the lineup. I hope Savvidis (and the new TD) are actually paying attention.

Kace coming in for Kitsiou. Hopefully this makes it less likely we'll be down to 10 men. I'd say Leovac should go for the same reason; we'll need him in the upcoming games.
