Has JVS reacted publicly with regards to the draw? Does anyone have a link?

Heard the show earlier today. I enjoyed the segment on the NT and the wcup draw. A few of the hosts are not to optimistic of our chances to progress. One of the guys liked our chances of taking 2nd place from Sweden. Good questions from the listeners too.. Keep up the good work!

Spain coach Luis Enrique said they are tired of playing vs Sweden lol. They were grouped together in Euro qualification & will meet up in the Euros again.

Oh great! I wanted them in the 3rd match day.. Sweden gets Spain on the final match day hopefully that doesn’t hurt us.

That's a good point offensively we are creating chances by the boatload in a lot of matches recently compared to the couple we used to create in the past. Our defensive errors vs Austria cost us that game. I hope JVS can bring himself to call up Manolas & Siovas back to the NT and just have those two go in front of the media and say we are going to give everything for the country & the team and will just focus on doing our job for Greece to qualify for the World Cup. Lets hope they can all come to an understanding.

No I was pissed like most of us here when Croatia beat us badly in the first leg and they went on to Russia. I’m just saying that Greece in this group can claim second place.

That's right the tougher the opposition Greece up there game as they did in Belgium drawing a World class side and minutes from winning that game in Brussels. Who knows maybe we get a result vs Spain. Sweden are a good hard working side but they can be beat. There top talisman is Berg but he is not as big a threat as he once was when he played for PAO. JVS has to be careful the team doesn't let there guard down when playing vs Georgia or Kosovo.

Greece have made the world cup playoffs in 2010, 2014 and in 2018 and we will make it again in 2022!

Very tough draw for Cyprus. I say Russia takes 1st then Croatia.

Sweden was a good pot 2 team. Spain along with France was the toughest from Pot 1.

Sweden can be beat they’re nothing special. Going up vs Switzerland Ukraine and even Poland from pot 2 would have been tough. Last time we had Spain in our qualification group Greece went on to win the EURO ? PA ME ELLADA!!!

Greece will give Sweden a challenge for 2nd in the group. As I said not the most favourable group but thank God we didn’t land in Group C Italy & Switzerland or Group D France & Ukraine

At least we avoided Switzerland and Ukraine from Pot 2

If Greece could have landed in Group F with Denmark it would have been best for us.

Good point I don’t want Switzerland at all or Ukraine. Bosnia are on the decline with an aging Dzeko and a back line that is in shambles. I wouldn’t fear them at all. Bosnia don’t want Greece they’ve only beaten Greece one time.

This would be the greatest draw. God willing.
