Lazaros Christodoulopoulos ‒ (Now Playing for Aris)
Tzatziki replied to js1000's topic in Greek Players Abroad
That's crazy, can't believe no Super league team has snatched him up...even Belgium, seems to be the new spot for Greek players. -
PAO and PAOK have done a lot of good work this off season, I think this could be a good year for the league if Kontoni does not f*** it up.

Based off of today's display, I think we'll be fine.

California Has Arrested Almost Half a Million People for Weed in the Last 10 Years A new report released by the Drug Policy Alliance Thursday reveals that nearly 500,000 people have been arrested on charges related to marijuana in the last decade. Nearly 9,000 felony arrests related to weed were made in 2015 alone in California, according to the report. Most disturbingly, the report found that black and Latino people are much more likely to be arrested for marijuana in California. Specifically, the report found that, while white, black, and Latino people use and sell weed at similar rates, "black people were more than twice as likely as white people to be arrested for a marijuana misdemeanor and nearly five times more likely than white people to be arrested for a marijuana felony" in 2015. The report also found that "Latino people are arrested for marijuana offenses 35 percent more often than white people in California" and added that the arrests of Latinos on marijuana charges could be even higher. "California has a long history of data collection challenges regarding Latino people, who are often classified by law enforcement officers as white," the report states. The issue of marijuana legality in California is up for a big vote in November, when constituents will have the opportunity to vote on Prop. 64, the Adult Use of Marijuana Act. If passed, the new law would do away with or significantly reduce sentencing for most existing weed crimes. The law would also work retroactively, meaning existing marijuana offenders who are serving time in California could petition to be released. Further, those with arrest records for marijuana offenses could have the offense cleared from their criminal record. http://ca.complex.com/life/2016/08/california-arrested-half-a-million-people-weed-last-10-years

I think he made a decent career for himself, probably has a couple good years left too. He has been Greece's top rb for I don't know how long, must be close to ten years. What would you have him do to be up to your expectations?
-
Forget my above post, this is probably why he did not have such a great season last year: Torosidis suffered a lot of injuries during the season and he was forced to cut training after he has been diagnosed with a Grade I tear of the left calf muscle,[26] [27] eventually losing his place in the starting XI. from his wiki page
-
Maybe he has been slacking in his fitness training or not taking the best care of his body diet or lifestyle wise. I don't think the issue is his age yet, he only just turned 31 in June, but maybe I'm wrong.

Well done boys! PAOK looks hungry this year, the title race might be interesting again for the first time in years.

Liked a lot of things that I saw today until I had to stop watching in the 60th. Bento is going to do a good job if today is any indication. Kapino looked good, Cambiasso was huge, Seba played well, our spanish lb did as well, Botia and Da Costa looked good, very nice turn around these last couple weeks. Bravo boys! We keep moving.

Our display was worse than pathetic, I could not believe what I was watching, but the Israeli's are not any worse than the top Cypriot teams I think.
-
Blablabla, how many times where you clowns eliminated from the same European competition last year? I forget...

I'm telling you, I don't know what it is, but something about this state just seems to make the perfect storm for looney tunes.

With all due respect to PAOK (looks like Ivic is doing a great job this year), if we are a joke re sy, what are you? Nothing, not even good enough to be a joke, just a black hole of insignificance on the football map.

In Scotland? Beer Sheva is a good team, certainly no powerhouse by any means, but a solid little unit. They humbled us to say the least.

Good points!
