Blackhawk

PAOKSYD unless you missed it, Savvidis clearly said that he wants the team to be self sufficient and that he will not be throwing money down the toilet every year. After almost going bankrupt (FFP) following the championship season the team has been following that path. With Boto at the helm you can expect that trend to continue.

I guess this Soteldo guy would be a replacement for Biseswar, who is apparently now not resigning with us. We are definitively in a rebuilding mode right now. Might be 2 to 3 years before we are title contenders again.

27-year old Spanish 2nd division forward Brandon Thomas is the Colak replacement. 9 goals in 40 games for Malaga last season.

2:2 final score

Never impressed me playing with the NT.

2:0 Mihaj

Zivkovic 1:0

PAOK - AZ Alkmaar Lineup for first half: Kotarski, Lyratzis, Mihaj, Kargas, Soares R., Tsiggaras, Schwab, Konstantelias, Soares F., Tsaousis, Zivkovic A. Projected lineup for 2nd half: Zivkovic Z., Sastre, Ingason, Koulierakis, Vieirinha, Augusto, Kurtic, Kougliata, Dantas, Tzimas, Lambrou Basically we are playing without any true forward since we are not left with any.

Just to prove my point that both of our tennis players are "losers", Sakkari managed to be eliminated by a German mother of two and ranked 110th.

Koutsias scored both goals in Greece's last game in the Mediterranean Games against Portugal. The final score was 2:0. Greece finished 4th in the group and was eliminated.

2:0 win against Portugal in the last game. Fi nal group standigs: 1. Italy 7 2. Turkey 4 3. Portugal 3 4. Greece 3

Lambrou will be loaned/sold. Colak will eventually be sold. Same thing with Augusto unless we extend his contract.

Yes he got injured at the end of the game. Hopefully it's not serious.

4:0 Konstantelias

Ricardo 3:0. Nice goal after a great Kaddouri cross.

Unbelievable. Flare thrown on the pitch in a pre-season friendly game. No doubt by a PAOK fan.

Oliveira with the first goal of the season.

Quite a few spectators at the game.

2:1 loss to Turkey in the opening game. In the other game for the group Italy beat Portugal 1:0

First training sessions in Appeldorn today. Andrija Zivkovic did not travel to Holland as he came down with a fever. The fear was that he had COVID, but tests were negative. He will join the team in the next few days.
