  1. Hmmmm...dare we hope? -edit- and another video I just stumbled upon for anyone who wants to see some on-the-ground sights and sounds:
  2. What was Antonio's buy-out option for? 6 million? If so, we may have just made that much from the Conference league. Or, conversely, we could now buy Meite with cash left over. Puts us in a good position for next year, if either of those guys ends up being must-have players. MORE TO COME, FOLKS!
  3. You're right, that does make it worse. But Tsiggaras and Schwab are at least a proven duo at this point. I don't think Ozdoyev is better than either of them, too. Just means Lucescu needs to leverage Ozdoyev and Meite in the games leading up to that match, just to avoid any chance of injury. Would be just our luck for him to do the opposite and have us down a midfielder.
  4. I don't think we should be concerned at all. Let him get minutes in the league and play another guy there. We'll be just fine! -edit- ALSO - Trapp is their starter This is a big problem for them - Santos has a note saying he's not eligible until 2024, and Simoni is injured. They will need to call up youth players to fill their roster. # Player Date of birth / Age Nat. Market value 1 Kevin Trapp Goalkeeper Jul 8, 1990 (33) €8.50m 40 Kauã Santos Goalkeeper Apr 11, 2003 (20) €400k 33 Jens Grahl Goalkeeper Sep 22, 1988 (35) €200k 41 Simon Simoni Goalkeeper Jul 14, 2004 (19) €200k -edit again- if transfermarkt is right, Grahl has only played twice in the last seven years? Insane if true
  5. I am seeing that on twitter too, but the app I use shows yellow for Meite (and nothing for Trapp). I wonder what happened? I stayed watching as long as I could and didn't see anything strange.
  6. Their entire game seemed to be to lob the ball at that squirrely guy (who was also their goalscorer). We kept them in the game by letting our foot off the gas. TWENTY GOALS IN THE AWAY LEG, LET'S GOOO
  7. Glad I put money on this one. Frankfurt is not scary. We will defeat them in Germany, too. Feels great to be in the driver's seat for once. The other game is 1-1 and seconds to go
  8. Samatta not passing at the end there F***ed us over
  9. No surprises with the lineup, this is the team that got us into the Conference league:
  10. Only managed to watch the first six minutes before my stream shat the bed and I was dragged in to three hours of meetings. Terrible day. Here are the highlights: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Mxp1MnD8Lg Nice scrappy goal by Samatta (and fantastic to see him finally score) That Taison-Murg run was a thing of beauty. Focusing on each one separately (rewatching) is a must. Great reaction by Taison after he gets the pass off haha Can't believe Zivkogoal's attempt (around 5 minutes in to this video) wasn't a goal. Fantastic defending
  11. Hopefully well-rested, too. I can't imagine that Vieirinha won't play as RB but perhaps Lucescu is so dead-set against the youngsters that he'll play Nasberg or Soares there...
  12. Ahh so at least it's impressive that these guys are so organized they managed to spend money on a BANNER mocking the guy hahaha This entire country needs to be burn. In fact, all of the Balkans should sink into the sea.
  13. Meite is doubtful for this game, but it seems Kedziora trained normally today. I would still like to see Lyratzis or Sastre get some minutes, though!
  14. What is this in reference to?
  15. Ooh did he shush the crowd? Lmao I was shoving food in my face and didn't pick up what was happening GOOD WIN!
  16. Yeah when they did the lineup at the beginning there was a big banner there. WHERE'S MY PARADE?! Good on them though!
  17. Commentator talking about how the goalkeeper was caught sleeping but wtf happened with the person WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHOWING THE VIEWER
  18. Yikes at that back line...
  19. Here's the list - no Ekong or Tsiggaras Ζίβκοβιτς, Κοτάρσκι Ταλιχμανίδης, Βιεϊρίνια, Σάστρε, Κεντζιόρα, Νάσμπεργκ, Κουλιεράκης, Μπάμπα, Ράφα Σοάρες, Σβαμπ, Οζντόεφ, Μεϊτέ, Μουργκ, Κωνσταντέλιας, Τάισον, Α.Ζίβκοβιτς, Ντεσπόντοφ, Μπράντον, Τζίμας, Σαμάτα Gotta be Ozdoyev who gets the start, right? Probably paired with Schwab. I am not sold yet on Meite (or Samatta, for that matter).
  20. That all sounds fantastic; I'm glad they didn't catch you in the act of the murder!
  21. Blackhawk - not to go too far off topic, but like all red blooded men I want to go to Oktoberfest. What's the review so far? I've heard it can be somewhat of a sh!tshow
  22. Scotland's gonna get hammered with Aberdeen being in our group, too (please, no karma). Lot of good targets in here. 10 Scotland 9.750 8.500 7.900 3.500 2.400 32.050 3/ 5 11 Austria 5.800 6.700 10.400 4.900 2.600 30.400 3/ 5 12 Switzerland 6.400 5.125 7.750 8.500 2.200 29.975 3/ 5 13 Serbia 6.000 5.500 9.500 5.375 1.000 27.375 3/ 5 14 Denmark 5.125 4.125 7.800 5.900 4.250 27.200 2/ 4 15 Norway 3.750 6.500 7.625 5.750 3.250 26.875 2/ 4 16 Czech Republic 2.500 6.600 6.700 6.750 4.000 26.550 3/ 4 17 Israel 2.375 7.000 6.750 6.250 3.750 26.125 2/ 4 18 Ukraine 7.200 6.800 4.200 5.700 1.900 25.800 2/ 5 19 Greece 4.900 5.100 8.000 2.125 4.200 24.325 4/ 5 20 Croatia 4.375 5.900 6.000 3.375 3.375 23.025 1/ 4 21 Poland 2.125 4.000 4.625 7.750 4.375 22.875 2/ 4 22 Sweden 5.750 2.500 5.125 6.250 1.875 21.500 1/ 4 Good: losses today by Backa Topola, LASK, Sturm Graz, Maccabi Haifa, Aberdeen, Nordsjaelland Bad: wins by Sparta Prague, Rangers, Maccabi Tel Aviv And of course, fantastic that PAOK, PAO, and AEK all won. At least Olympiakos didn't lose to a country that could leapfrog us, as well.
