  1. Very important match, I feel like Olympiakos must win today after they dropped 2 points at home to FC Rangers.
  2. PAOK are currently just one spot outside of the playoff spot for 24th place.
  3. This is a perfect draw, I fancy Greece's chance to promote to League A
  4. Denmark is no cakewalk, going to be very difficult.
  5. Oh my daze, Scotland beat Poland in the dying minutes to claim a playoff spot! Totally did not expect this! 😮 Serbia held at home 0-0 to Denmark and the Serbs go to the playoffs while Denmark are heading to the quarterfinals of the Nations League.
  6. Right now it appears to be Poland, Serbia, Hungary and Belgium. All of the countries from League A third place
  7. Correct, it will reserve a playoff spot to try to qualify for the World Cup if Greece defeats two opponents just like the EURO playoffs.
  8. I have been watching countries like Serbia, Poland, Hungary, and Belgium, three of those teams expect Belgium are not a well-organized team. Greece can beat all three of them, it's Belgium I am worried more.
  9. Finland 0-2 Greece A historic win for Greece, winning in Finland for the first time ever. Next stop the playoffs for promotion to League A/World Cup playoff spot
  10. I would be happy if Greece were to only lose 1-0 since England played much better than they did in London. England got lucky getting those final two goals in. Greece's potential opponents in the playoffs for promotion to League A and a FIFA World Cup playoff spot (if they don't qualify directly) are Belgium, Poland, Netherlands or Hungary, and Serbia.
  11. Hard to imagine Greece never beat Finland on Finnish soil. Finland looks terrible and regardless of what happens with England, I sense Greece should break the duck.
  12. The worst case scenario for Greece is to lose by 2 goals and fall to second place. Best case scenario is to avoid losing. A 1 goal defeat will still keep Greece in first place, but tied with England with 12 points meaning Greece must beat Finland (where they never won on their home soil before) to win the group.
  13. Great news to all U.S. viewers! FS1 will be televising Greece-England match next week on Thursday. Can't wait!
  14. I am so pumped for 17 year old Olympiakos player Christos Moutzakitis to play for the Greek NT.
  15. First away victory in this new league phase, which I don't like.
  16. Oh my daze, you got to make that penalty!
  17. Pavlidis should have gotten a hat trick, no way he was offside for Greece's second goal.
  18. HISTORICAL RESULT! ONE FOR THE AGES!!!! AGAINST ENGLAND OF ALL TEAMS!!!!
  19. GOOOOOAAAALLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1-2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PAVLIDIS!!!!!!!!!!!
  20. Correct, but Greece did score it's first ever goal in Wembley Stadium
  21. That was incredible! He will soon go beyond 6 meters, potentially win more medals. Unfortunately, if Duplantis competes, he stands no chance of winning gold unless he decides to sit out like the upcoming indoor competitions.
  22. Also Evangelia Platanioti will be the flag bearer of the closing ceremony as well.
  23. Emmanouil Karalis will be the flag bearer in the closing ceremony
