Overall, a very very good performance. Can't really single out any players for playing badly. The back line was solid. I really like the midfield pairing of Cimirot and Charisis. Pelkas and Mak were probably a little quiet but still solid. Jairo was excellent from the first goal onwards. And Klaus was decent as well. The important thing is we didn't have those lapses where the team just goes to sleep for a period, or can't string passes together. The possession, passing and energy levels today were very good. Hopefully a sign of things to come. Oh, and Berbatov had nice boots on ...

Overall, a very good first half. Team was energetic and created lots of half chances. Hopefully they come out in the second half playing the same, and don't fall back into that pattern of thinking the game is already won. Oh my, by predicting the future I've already altered it, or have I ?

Pash, maybe Giorgo can let you in with one of those cadavers after hours or something...

Fetfa is exactly the sort of player I would hate to play with. You don't ever know what you're going to get from him. He is the definition of unreliable. Give him more chances ? How about you take the ones you're given. Sure, he's 3 times more skillful than say a Karagounis, but he's also 3 times less the player. Don't be fooled by fancy tricks alone. There is a lot more to the game than just flair. This is not 1980. The fact that he was even selected for the NT shows how desperate and demoralised the NT is. The "kid" hasn't even played a full season of football and he'll be 25 years of age in December. Give his spot to Pelkas. There, I said it.
