As Akritis 1944 said having his confidence back is important for all these Greek footballers, especially the attacking midfielder playmakers which Greece lack because other than Kostas Fortounis, at Olympiacos most Greek Super League teams have foreigners playing in that playmaker roll. How funny will it be to see Greece beat Belgium due to our players getting their confidence back with regular game time in the Belgian Jupiler League.2 points

According to onsports.gr we are interested in the 31-year old attacking midfielder Marcelinho of Ludogoretz Razgrad (Bulgaria). He is the second goalscorer for this years Bulgarian champions with 8 goals.1 point

You do realize that being in the Eurozone, Greece can't print any of it's own money, correct? So how did Greece get more money without increasing productivity or revenue? How did Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal? How did all these countries, at the same time, all see increases in their property market and stockmarket and all crash at the same time? Then your rationalization as to why a bankrupt, nepotistic, corrupt, dysfunctional state should receive loans to the tune of 100% of GDP to pay off debt of 160% of GDP, is what exactly? The political and wealthy class have no incentive to change the country and have information before anyone else, giving them time to position themselves, and their wealth, to be clear from the austerity measures. And the IMF+ECB are giving Greece loans out of the goodness of their hearts? Either way your conclusion is that the EU, IMF, ECB are all naive. Greece is too rigid in it's socio-economic ideology that it will never change to a modern, westernized, capitalistic utopia. Yet it was allowed in the EU, and plenty of loans are given to Greece to change/pay off debt. So all of you that criticise Greece knew better than the EU when it allowed Greece in the EU and again when they voted to force Greece to take on loans. Yet none of you can accept that they all knew exactly what they where doing, and they didn't care. Most of the debt Greece owed was to private institutions, which lent out willy nilly, much like what happened in the American financial crisis in 2007, to countries all over Europe. Greece was in the worst position due to it's political corruption, inefficiency and poor governance over the years that emptied state coffers. The private debt was then offloaded into public institutions around Europe but Greece got the blame to cover up for Deutsche Bank and the rest. The Irish government had enough room to take on the bad debts, same with Spain, Italy and the rest. Yet was the banks reckless spending ever questioned and blamed? Were the policies of the European Union blamed for allowing such poorly run nations into the Union? Were political parties blamed? Was anyone put in jail? No. It's ALL Greece's fault. The majority of Greeks who did the right thing have to pay for the corruption of the political and wealthy classes and you're all here saying "they deserve it". They protested all the time! Every political party is no different from the other! Xrysi Avgi is different from the norm yet there's still criticism for Greeks choosing them when they have no other options? Then you make jokes when I mention revolution? We've had Syriza, N.D, PASOK in power and they've done F*** all. Yet Greeks are still blamed for voting them in... :S It's easy to criticise and "know better" living abroad watching ERT and MEGA, thinking you're better than the Greeks in Greece because you live in Australia, USA, U.K, and that somehow makes you better. But you all come of as narcissistic, arrogant pricks.1 point

victory has some good fans..but a hardcore of F*** wits.....and also some older dangerous wankers... i am older.....and i clearly recall victory's agenda in their formation days was a clear vision to attack hellas on its ethnic roots...this was one way they gained a lot of support.... in my mind very offensive and racist...a form of 'apartheid' in their entire marketing strategy.....so for me...they are the ultimate enemy.....F*** them...1 point

we need to keep this core in the 11... then find the right players and scheme to compliment them... karnezis, toro, holebas, sokratis, manolas, fortounis, mitro, samaris... there are 3 spots up for grabs....and a lot of thinking for Skibbe in regards to systems of play and formations... form and attitude as well as 'fit' are the key drivers for the other 3 spots and the 7-10 bench/squad spots..1 point

I've never hated victory because I've never had genuine contact with them, after tonight I hate them about as much as the skop clubs. The first time we played them in 2007 they hit our player in the head with a flare and chucked half a dozen flares at our goalkeeper, being still young and on the other side of the field I let that go, after tonight though witnessing them come to our grandstand and try attack us with kids, the elderly and families nearby all I can say is they make me sick, I dare one ex hellatzi that follows this mob now to look me in the eye now and justify such a disgusting act of treachery. I wish nothing but harm upon this club. I've been a hellas fan since I was 5 years old, I've never felt more passionate about this club then what I did tonight, it made me realise that they can go on and on about ethnics and trouble but at the end of the day we are real supporters, we were there tonight to watch our team, they were there to cause chaos, that franchise can get F***ed they will never have the heart and soul of clubs likes ours. And you know what I dont give a toss if we never play in the top flight again, who needs that s%$#!, just a bunch of over excited punk teenagers and adults who wish they could relive their youth, and all the 3rd generation Greek kids that worship that pathetic franchise can suck me off, end rant,1 point

- Melbourne victory fans leave grandstand, run across the running track and jump into the Hellas grandstand to attack our supporters. - they tried to steal our banners, chucked bottles at us some of which were actually chemicals. - they stole the corner flag and chucked it like a javelin, this is all during 2nd half. - punches were thrown as we were trying to defend our end, lots of families and kids near by who would never have expected these animals to actually invade the arena to come into our stand. - after they did this these fools left the ground and decided to smash cars that had south stickers on them. If this is the family friendly A league people go on about then I'm pretty happy staying where I am with my club. We won the game 1-0...we scored not long after these incidents and the place erupted, we literally should have won by 7-8 goals, hit the post 4 times! As one person put it F*** victory and every Greek in Melbourne who supports them! Crowd was around 2,000 maybe a bit more, victory fans totalled about 250...by the end maybe only 30 were left inside the ground, the rest were hooligans. I hope they get the book thrown at them but I'm sure they will get away with this? Filth club.1 point

It's just a penalty but he could have missed it but it says a lot that he's been at the club for only a few months and he's taking free kicks and penalties. He must have his confidence back. Surely he should be in the picture for the next friendlies for the NT.1 point

People buy football clubs as a hobby mostly imo. A football club is not an investment in my eyes, it is a toy for rich people, or perhaps in some countries like Greece to launder money, engage in match fixing, fraud, or to own a large number of hired goons.1 point
