  2. Olympiakos is also the only team in Greece to constantly be in Europe and not even get to a Semi Final or a Final and they've had more attempts than ANY OTHERT TEAM in Greece, great history. When you get to one then run your mouth until then AEK and PAO laugh at you :)

  3. ^So how do you explain the fact that when PAO used to go twice in the semifinals and four times in quarterfinals of the Ch.L while your team was getting humiliated all over Europe you were still the one to win the league every year?

  5. No mention of the SDNA reporter and numerous other reporters almost beat to death by the gauro militia....or maybe we should look deeper into the philipidi murder where our friend Xaro, one of the gauro leaders along with the other members involved got away with it unscathed even though there were pictures, witnesses, and video footage of the murderers involved. BTW for anyone who doesn't know, the same gauro leader who was linked to the murder of Philipidi was invited to the olympiako fan club of new york so that he can be their honorary guest at their annual dinner dance last year. Thats what I mean when I say this is a kseftilismenh omada with kseftiles opadous.

  10. I'm not going to lie there is always going to be bias, this is the GSL the only team you watch week in, week out is your own so you're going to see a lot more from your own players than say for example a Panathinaikos fan would if you were a PAOKtzi. Getting back to Klaus though, when I watch him play it's clear to me he's on another level, he can be an inconsistent scorer at times but around the park, it's simple things he does where he leaves no room for error, there are a handful of players in the league who can do so as confidently as he does. For whatever reason Fernando Santos wasn't a fan of his, even when Klaus was showing some of his best form he wasn't selected. The lack of solid consistent game time for the Ethniki hasn't given him the best of chances to score the goal that alludes him, and now that long awaited goal has embed itself into his mentality whenever he puts on the blue and white fanela. There isn't a Greek forward on his or Mitroglou's level, give the guy a real chance, give him 90 minutes, alternate both him and Mitroglou as the main guy on form.

  12. Greeko.... leave them... their president is a saint and has not done illegal things in football  Thank god we established that beating up referees with bats or treathening players with guns isnt illegal

  13. Isn't that enough to condemn the guy ? So much bias in these threads based on team allegiance, it's nauseating.

  14. I've done my part in securing a new GK by tweeting Odisseas Vlachodimos from Stuttgart  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ut7xkzsGg8A In all seriousness I do hope we make him a target. He's been in all of the German National Team's Youth sides, seen as one of the premier GK talents, problem for him is that they have many, potential asset to us? He's currently with the National U21's and has recently played a handful of senior games for Stuttgart in the Bundesliga. Could potentially kill two birds with one stone, drag him away from Germany and bring him into the fold for the Ethniki. I'd much rather bring in another younger piece to develop while we're in this phase of building with youth instead of getting 1 year from a Pletikosa like signing

  15. ^^ +13 Guys like Al Capone and Pablo Escobar used the same tactics... Generating millions in elicite earnings and buying the gullible public's love by giving generous donations...

  16. Every corrupt mega rich tycoon has donated money to some organization or fund in order to boost their public relations image or get some sort of tax break. That's how you have things like Carnegie Hall for instance. Mellisanidi has also donated to numerous funds, led a soccer team into a war torn country as a sign of morale support, and is a huge leader and contributor within the Pontian society. The truth is that Mellisanidi just like Marinaki made a portion of his fortune through illegal means just like a lot of ultra rich people in Greece who have evaded taxes and just like many people involved in soccer in general. BUT let me highlight something to people like Greeko that might seem earth shattering at first but I assure you it'll sink in at some point after hours of hard thinking. I'll take it slowly: This webpage is something called a forum. Every forum has sub topics or "threads" that talk about different things. But for the most part forums tend to have a predominant topic or overall theme. There are two predominant topics or themes in Phantis.com that bring users together to chat or converse. One of them is being Greek/Greece and the other is..............wait for iiitttttt.............SOCCER or what many people call, FOOTBALL. Okay? Did we get that part out of the way? Now, keeping in mind that this is a S.O.C.C.E.R. forum it is most likely that many of our conversations will revolve around....wait for it again.......SOCCERR. I feel like we might be making a lot of progress here so I'll fast forward to the point. The problem with Marinaki is not that he is a corrupt piece of s%$#!, because as I highlighted before, Melisanidi has done illegal things too. The problem is that he is corrupt within the context of the word we used before: SOCCER. Within the world of soccer Melisanidi (and most of the Greek soccer world) is asking for a leveled playing field whereas Marinaki is running a soccer mafia that he uses to extort millions of euros a year. Within the context of the Supeleague, Marinaki is using his corruption to turn the league into his own personal cash cow. Something you can't say about Melisanidi, Savidi, or Allafouzo. Also before you start throwing jabs about the stadium, take some time to look into how Olympiako built their stadium and about a certain team called Ethniko.

  19. last weekend diamantakos was starting for karlsruhe and played a great match from what ive read. he scored the 1-0 and hitted the post wich was scored after a rebound by his teammate. they won 3-0 against bochum who was 3th then and now dropped , karlsruhe climbed a couple of spots. a couple of days before the match their coach said they were gonna rotate since they have the quality for that. hopefully he can start again next match. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMvywYsGfXQ http://www.vavel.com/en/international-football/germany-bundesliga/563709-karlsruher-sc-3-0-vfl-bochum.html https://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.bild.de%2Fsport%2Ffussball%2Fksc%2Fdimitris-diamantakos-mit-traumdebuet-43322116.bild.html https://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.kicker.de%2Fnews%2Ffussball%2F2bundesliga%2Fstartseite%2F638777%2Fartikel_loblied-auf-diamantakos_richtig-guter-junge.html https://translate.google.nl/translate?hl=nl&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ka-news.de%2Fksc%2FKSC-Neuzugang-Diamantakos-Ich-will-Todts-Erwartungen-erfuellen%3Bart7581%2C1769509 marinos of charleroi won 1-3 away against gent who play in the cl and were the leaders of belgium. papazoglou won 1-0 against mechelen with kortrijk..

  21. I could be wrong but I think there is a difference Fetfatzidis is an AM. He plays really deep into the attackers goal but mainly feeds other players rather than scores. Second strikers are basically strikers but because they are short, they play a bit further from the goal than the main striker since it's their shot, not their headers that are an asset. A defensive mid lays on top of the cb, whereas a sweeper lays behind the CBs. the left/right back I don't think I need to explain cause it's obvious lol
