You guys believe that Jovanovic told the players to sit back and defend? I heard he was yelling at them to move up and press the dutch and hold onto the ball. Let's face it, Holland made some changes and decided to bring it in the 2nd half and there are few teams that can stop them head on....it's a question of absorbing the pressure and maintaining composure which is sometimes an issue with younger players (like in the wc qualifiers). The big question is if they will need to defend like this tomorrow against Germany. I think if they keep the lines close and close the distance between the players they'll do fine as they did in the 1st match. I'll bet the Germans will be a lot more physical tomorrow so the boys better be ready to rumble.
