Chatzidiakos coming to Thessaloniki on Thursday, he will sign a 3 year deal. He is a solid player, but I still think we lack a leader in our back 4. I don't think Chatzidiakos is that kind of player, but he is a nice piece of the puzzle. Remains to be seen if Elustondo could be that guy. Praying there isn't some extra wording in his contract that actually makes this a 1+1 if he plays enough matches. I am not too pumped about this signing, but perhaps (hopefully) he will be steady enough that Lisci gets some breathing room. Crazy that we're giving him the #7 as well.

Agree man, it sucks not watching them in tournaments. This team went from having so much optimism to now asking questions again. Not sure how I feel about Ivan, it would be nice to be able to bring a big name coach but that wont happen. Regardless this is a golden opportunity to finish in pot 1 and make the Euros but the way they've been playing does not give me optimism in this group of finishing anything but last. Hope I'm wrong.

Desperate to see them back in, it's killing me watching the WC and how irrelevant we have been for a long time. Absolutely have to get into Euro to build that into potential next WC. I hope Ivan is up to the task real question marks over him and the team still.
