ZeeKoei
There are rumours Union want Hristos Kostis!!!
The2ndMouse
Hmmm, I dont know man He only played 1 full game per season (and that added up from some minutes of competition against really small clubs in the first stages of the Greek Cup) last 3-4 seasons... I also think he is not in the AEK roster anymore. We AEK fans really like the man and naturally want to wish the best for him. But in all honesty, I think his footballing days are over. More than everything I hope he proves me wrong.
ZeeKoei
Union is a legend. The club was one of the best Belgian teams in the first half of the 20th century 11 titles, 2 cups they also were undefeated for 60 consecutive matches in the mid 30's They won their last championship in 1935. In 1981 they played in 4th division . Since last year they are in 2nd division again.

Evergreen
Christos Kostis...possibly the greatest talent to come through Greek football i the early 90's. Had a great career ahead of him but lady luck turned her back on him. A right midfielder that would score 10-15 goals a season. Great loss for Greek football. Just like it was for Toursounidis of PAOK and Gonias for Olympiakos. Great talent destroyed and wasted. does anyone have Kostis' stats before his injury in '97? Elastonpappou 13
Is this guy still playing football? I have seen him in several bars and cafes throughout Athens... (Da Capo, Liberty, Come Back, Rock & Roll etc)... If he is a football player with this kind of life then I am a professional ballet dancer!!! :P
ElCid
Well said,Evergreen. Great potential, but so unlucky...I still remember that incident in the AEK-Sturm Graz game, where he collided with the Austrian's GK...Sad thing :(
len
I used to see him all the time at the Wendy's in Kifissia eating burgers. ..and always alone..strange. Anyways, i hope he does get to go to Belgium. He's had so much back luck it would be nice to see him get a chance to play.

Dava-G
He needs one last try. He needs out of Greece. Belgium would be a good place to give it one last push. Otherwise he will live in our memory as a great player.
