NYC_Olympiakos
guys, simply do NOT get carried away by those rumours... I would love to see Turks playing in Greece and Greeks playing in Turkey but I'm afraid it's not possible at the moment. In both countries' press there have been so many rumours since summer and nothing happened... Here's a list of rumours I already noticed... Fatih Terim to coach Olympiacos... May-June 2004 Karagounis to Galatasaray... June-December 2004 Dellas to Galatasaray... July-August 2004 Basinas to Besiktas... January 2005 Akin Serhat to Olympiacos... January 2005 Stelios Giannakopoulos to Besiktas... January 2005 Eleftheropoulos to Fenerbahce... August 2004 Djordjebitch to Galatasaray... January 2005 Ilija Ivic to Galatasaray and Besiktas... July 2004 Ibrahima Yattara to PAOK... January 2005... reminds me of the Greek media with the same stupid rumors that never work out lolfor Giannakopoulos sake don't go to Turkey i mean u live the Premiership 3rd rank league to go to a lower league than the Greek just come back to Olympiakos i will welcome him back but he won't b/c it would be considered a failure to leave Olympiakos and return so quickly but u will come back with open arms lol

GS1905
Erol Bulut used to be a good player......what hapened to him? he was linked to PAO once too... he was signed by PAO but he failed a medical and the signing was not made official. then he went to Bursaspor last season. after the club was relegated he moved to his local team TSV 1860 in German Second Bundesliga... Irlandos
Stelios had been quoted in Saturday morning's press as saying that Chelsea will win it and Arsenal don't stand a chance. He then proceeded to make his words good with his goal. Talk about a "self-fulfilling profecy"!

drakos13
i dont know, i hate Arsenal, he plays for the Ethniki.........i wont support OSFP the club anywhere, and yes he played for them, but his days are done there now. Also i read in many different places he was a PAO fan, but didnt get the opportunity to play for them. Hes an ethniki player always and first, and a FORMER gavros. yes he did do some bad things to PAO and help OSFP but the greatest thing is that in the Ethniki ( at least when i was small i saw it this way: all those players that were good and making damage against PAO (and vice versa for AEK/PAOK/GEY fans) is that finally that player will be on your side...in the ethniki. stelios is on our side :gr: . he is a greek player abroad, and i beleive you jumped up and praised him when he scored the winner in Zaragoza during euro qualifying too. :gr:

NYC_Olympiakos
Giannakopoulos played a very good match v Arsenal he seemed like he was everywhere he also had an opportunity for a second goal but his chipp shot was high his goal gave bolton the 1-0 v Arsenal and maybe that propels them to a uefa cup spot while Arsenal bowing out of the championship to chelsea
Vasili0s
maybe that propels them to a uefa cup spot HOPEFULLY, they have to give some crucial battles still as they are in the middle table, and about 4 points back, but within striking distance. :gr:

NYC_Olympiakos
Great to hear that about Giannankopoulos he has had a good season for Bolton he has been very consistent with his play the main thing is that he is being good in a league that doesn't respect Greek players and he coutinues with his good play unfortunately he will be 31 so his career their will be done for sure in 2 years it came a bit too late for him but we will always love him during his Olympiakos dayz

NYC_Olympiakos
Really nice goal by Stelios  is there a link to Giannakopoulos goal but Stelios has been in good form has of late i think he played last week v Arsenal in the FA Cup and was all over the field and probably should have scored at least one goal Lehmann actually made a terrific save on his header ( wut luck Lehmann actually makes a save) i hope this countinues in the upcoming qualifying games for Stelios Greece needs him and he needs Greece
Irlandos
saw the goal on the highlights and it was a beauty! Reminded me of the one he scored v. Spain: a long diagonal shot past a helpless keeper! :)
