I agree Scotland is a minor league compare to Italy France England Germany.....but what do you think of the Greek league...... I think scottish and greek league are of the same level and have a common point is that without their 2-3 bigs teams (Celtic and rangers for scotland and AEK PAO and olympiacos for Greece) the level of league is very poor) Last thing HISTORY REMENBER ONLY THE WINNER..... Anyway good luck for PAO next tuesday
hellas
I agree, I think that both the leagues are similar, without the big two for Scotland Celtic and Rangers and without the big three in Greece Olympiakos, AEK and Panathinaikos, both leagues aren't much, no other teams have recently gone very far in any european competition. Batigol
The Greek league 100 times better than the Scottish one? Hmm.... ;) I'm not sure about that one. Where is it 100 times better? - Facilities? - Players? - TV money? - Attendences? - Quality of football? - Performances in Europe? Spears, before you get all bitter just let us know how or where you believe the Greek league is better, instead of just blasting someone. That way, we can have a decent conversation on the matter. Greek league won't improve and go forward with that kind of comments...Sometimes you have admit when there is a problem and make the proper things to solve it... For example the english league was very poor in 1992-1996 (when they came back form the european ban) they admit it and make the proper decision....and look now the premiership is one of the stronger league in europe... It is not about being greek scottish or whatever, it is about making the proper decision and action, about the facilities, youth development, security and etc.... The greek league may not be one hundred times better, but it is a better league period.. facilities? better ( OAKA, toumpa, leoforos) and the atmosphere is amazing players? better tv money? who cares attendences? have you been to a Pao game quality? by far better, right now we have 2 teams in uefa cl(pao, oly) and another 4 in uefa cup(aek, aris, xanthi, and paok), and we generally do better in europe(at least PAO does)

JOHNNY
Hearts boss George Burley is attempting to bring in 3 additional players before the transfer deadline closes tomorrow. This could make all the difference as there are fears that the squad is still not strong enough to last the course of the season. Great fun watching them increase the gap at the top each week!! A goal in every game for Scacel with good steady performances from Takis. A note about the manager. Didn't he finish 5th in the English Premiership with Ipswich not so long ago? Nelly
Hearts are now 6 out of 6.Fyssas is playing very well and has been involved in some lovely moves.A great addition to their team.Recent improvements in the Scottish national team are no mystery........the goalkeeper and 2 central defenders are from Hearts. Now,all those Hearts fans who have dissapeared are starting to come back. They have a very big support. The biggest outside Rangers and Celtic in Scotland.
