At PAO you have to work for every minute of playing time, even if you are a very good player At a lower tier team.. you can waltz right into the starting 11 At PAO, you are expected to win every game At lower tier team... your happy to stay in division 1 At PAO, the fans will get on your case if you aren't bleeding for the jersey...
