drakos13 Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 gotta add after years of hating on Vyntra I must say, he's smoothed up as a player he had a strong game indeed. Thats because he was at left back, where he plays so much better than he does on the right it makes no sense.Was at the game, good atmosphere, but got a bit boring at the last 15 mins. The players really should have gotten at least another goal...Nice to be champions, great scenes when every body rushed the field, fireworks......We are the Champions would have been appropriate but they played some other wierd song.... two players I wanted to score scored today. Ninis goal was sick...I hope to see him play next week too--- we really, really need him on the World Cup team and goals like that make Rehagel's bad decisions of leaving him out, harder to make. Was it really festive where you were? it was off and on, it was a pretty good atmosphere, probably not much as a major game..the end where fireworks and people storming the pitch was great. I didn't go on the pitch...btw to charge the field you have to get on the field, which is surrounded by a moat-like pit....inside there is barbed wire. I dont remember ever hearing doste to prota8lhma ston olympiako...i heard one funny chant comparing Karagkounis to Gousgounis (porn star)...there were quite a few chanting of player names.....Sotiris Ninis needs a better chant. I personally was thinking NIIIIIINIS NIIIIIINIS (like barca fans MEEEEESSSIIII MEEEEESSSI) :tup: they chanted many classics/typical chants, and there was one really great moment in the end where pretty much the whole stadium had their kaskol out.....would make great photographs, I hope somebody can find match photos because it'd be a goood wallpaper. I hope we win the cup, but if not......I really wont be too sad. Cup is a bonus....Its worth not much on its own.
