Irlandos
We are counting on long balls and some quick movement, Lyberopoulos is not the player to be the target man today. Gekas should've started

Lazarus
What a waste! Again we seem to have absolutely no plan! We must win and don't know how! Rehhagel pack your suitcases! Why keep in Achristeas and take out Seitaridis? Achristeas is a waste of space - no ball control, no dribble, no timing... It all ends when he touches the ball. Nikopolidis?
Irlandos
Lyberopoulos should not be starting as our target man. It should've been Gekas
loup
Ok to be positive- what the F*** is the use of kicking a dog when he's down?????? ----- it is good that Giorkas is out, he was obviously not 100% this tournament, this squad has some good offensive skills and kara looks pumped i think Lyb should be replaced with some speed Salpigidis or Gekas
Irlandos
Btw, is there any chance we can naturalise someone to play GK for us??? It seems there isn't a single capable keeper in the entire country!

jarvis1981
While it doesn't look good at the moment being down 1-0 at least the team is putting in an effort and I give them credit for that. There is still a chance in the 2nd half but Russia is starting to look much more confident. If Greece loses this game (and therfore are officially eliminated) the National team has to get MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH YOUNGER. Look at Russia and the age of their players. Their keeper is 22 years old. Anyone over 30 has to be given their walking papers. The world cup qualifications are in the not too distant future. Good luck to the team in the 2nd half.
