interesting that prijovic is starting again, wonder if that's to try keep his scoring form up or if he's planning to start Kolouri on the weekend against Kerykyra. Games about to start, why the hell are we wearing our blue kit at home?

Kostas Mitroglou ‒ (now playing for Aris)

http://www.contra.gr/Soccer/France/Ligue1/marseille/dixase-ta-apodythria-ths-marseig-o-mhtrogloy-kai-feugei.5020584.html Pressure continues to mount on Mitroglou, French press reporting his manager wants to loan him out for for the rest of the season. He was subbed off the other day in the 60th min in a cup game and was apparently jeered off by the fans. The score was 0-0 at the time, Marseille ended up winning 1-0 in extra time against a mid table 2nd division side. -
another comfortable win to keep the pressure on at the top of the table. No excuses to not knock a few goals past them

if we are going to sign a centre back it needs to be someone who is head and shoulders better than malezas/crespo. Maleza every time he is called upon is more than serviceable and Crespo is okay too. Don't see any point breaking the bank for a CB who could have question marks over him. In saying all that I've never seen the Ukrainian-Greek guy play, he's the one we are being linked to I believe. Not like we are in Europe, and our players are gonna get burned out, Poungouras as 4th choice. If they think Khacheridi is a difference maker then go for it but only if they are certain This is him https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yevhen_Khacheridi

Good result really happy with 5 goals. Another 6 points from our next 2 games is a must vs Kerykyra and Smyrini and hopefully we can build some momentum
-
any streams anyone?
-
if prijo starts he will score at least 2, thats my prediction. Take it to the bank kids

Azevedo apparently on his way, with the deal close to being completed... according to paok24 at least http://www.paok24.com/podosfairo/108909/to-deal-tou-paok-gia-ton-azevedo

Jesus Christ what a wonderfully backwards country our beloved Ellas is.

we've done some dumb business over the years, but taking klaus back would by far be the dumbest.

agree bananas well said. it's a grey area, I understand people calling for a red, dangerous play is dangerous play. Not sure what I would have given. I have seen them go both ways. Blackhawk are you talking about the foul were koulouris was looking at the defender and jumped with his elbow? or am I remembering it incorrectly ? If it is that one, my feeling was it was a clear red card and extremely stupid from Koulouris.
-
koulouris has a way to go before he enters the conversation for the ethniki. Should be more excited about the fact that Kareli scored his first goal today for Genk since his return from injury. He has been playing regularly over the last month and now that he's scored hopefully gets on a roll. Mitro and Karelis are far better then anything else we have at centre forward. I'd be surprised if Koulouris is starting for PAOK by the end of January

That's all good and well, he still needs to be playing regular football if we want him to perform for the ethniki. A move as soon as next month could be on the cards http://www.contra.gr/Soccer/France/Ligue1/marseille/ton-mhtrogloy-ton-kremasan-sto-periptera-oxi-gia-kalo-logo.4984362.html -
it has actually been a little funny, the guy scored 2 (and admittedly very nice) goals and all of a sudden they are digging up photos from him as a kid, telling us about his story and his mother is giving interviews. Can't help but laugh at the Greek media sometimes. Hopefully pelka keeps on this trajectory and keeps improving. We know his best is good enough, but he doesn't produce it often enough. Let's see how the next 6 months play out for him.

Times are getting tough for Mitro, hasn't started any of the last 3 games (came off the bench once) Has only scored twice in the league since coming across from Benfica. Looks like its gonna take an injury or a big performance from him off the bench to get his starting spot back -
old problems beginning to resurface? or just an unlucky run with injuries? i guess we'll see in the next few weeks

Ok now im hearing talks of a potential player mutiny on Lucescu, so scratch the above post Apologies blackhawk you are once again correct, and the world and particularly PAOK is a dark, cold and horrible place where there are no happy ever afters
-
PAOK has posted 2 separate articles detailing the Prijovic injury/scans he has had(which revealed he has indeed done some damage, still not known how long he'll be out for which ill admit is a little strange) I find it hard to believe he would be faking. Unless he has had a falling out with the club, which again I feel they wouldn't have given it much or any attention on their official channels if that was the case. Gotta stop assuming the worst in everything blackhawk, sometimes the world can be a lovely place :)

Campos has been in good form, i think he'll be missed. No need to say this is a must win, the only thing that makes me think we might have a chance to break this winless run away from home is Lucescu's knowledge of his former team and players.
-
same problems different stadium. Forget the league, need to win a game away from home, as many have said. Long way to go yet
-
matos 2-2! just wallpaper over the cracks imo
-
oxi re prijo..... what a chance
-
at least we have created 3 or so good chances in the last 10 mins. I feel like there is a goal left in this game, just hope its for us
-
Lucescu needs to get proactive and make some changes. Pelka and Prijovic need to come on. Mak to come off instead of El kaddouri (mak has actually been invisible) and prijo for kolouri
-
standard, awful goal to cop
