Do we know what Warda did?

Not with Warda Biseswar Jaba Limnios El Kaddouri and Henrique there...he isnt better than any of them.

I really wish Limnios wasn't in there....althought, AEK is no Benfica, so he should be ok.

I think Jaba's performance earned him a starting spot....unless he's tired.

Mystakidis is playing pretty well, but is showing that he doesn't have the quality to fight for a spot on PAOK right now, or in the near future.

No Klaus in the lineup...but Pash's boy toy is in there. EDIT: Klaus coming on in the 75th minute...

I wonder if Klaus gets the start today against Aris...

That's why it's so important that we beat AEK and Olympiakos. Aris is improved but will lose plenty of points through the course of the season. Beating the other 2 will put us in front of them both and then our destiny is back in our hands. I can't see us or Olympiakos dropping many points this season, we're clearly the 2 strongest teams in the league, and in the long run we're the only teams with a deep enough bench to manage League, Europe and Cup....AEK doesn't have the strength to make any major rotations and consistently win.

I don't think that's true. I think he showed that the match vs AEK was more important that going after Chelsea full force, which would be a long shot even on our best day and Chelsea's worst. I don't think we'll see such a passive starting lineup against BATE and VIDI. We are fighting for 2nd in the group and making it to the round of 16 is a very realistic goal. The League is top priority, but that doesn't mean we're not gonna fight in Europe.

I think Tosca did great, considering he was thrown in to the wolves. His first match was against Chelsea, probably one of the favorites to win the Europa Cup and arguably the best team in the Premier league as well. Same with Jaba....easily the man of the match, he gave his defender a run for his money, and we're talking world class defenders, not the back line of PAS Giannena. It's easy to criticize the team, but you have to take the opponent into account. Sure, the game could have been 3-0...but also, if we had gotten that clear penalty at the end of the 1st half, it could have easily been 1-1 as well...not to mention that coming out in the 2nd half with a 1-1 would have done wonders for the teams psychology.

I think that if we play the other teams with our proper starting 11 we should have 2nd place in the group locked down.

I felt like the team was playing scared, in a lineup that made it difficult to keep possession. Let's also keep in mind that you have to take the opponents quality into account when the team looks to be playing bad...

Biseswar finally coming on...probably too little too late at this point...

Prijo coming on soon it looks like....toss in Biseswar for Shakhov and maybe we'll see some balls on the team.

I think Shakhov and Wernbloom being in there is the "defensive" part of it..
