You know whats gonna happen, is one of OUR players will draw the first red for retaliating against their dirty play..

Maybe bringing in a fresh Jaba and/or Warda early in the second is in the plans. Those 2 players with fresh legs in the 60th minute could be trouble for any defense.

Hopefully we see a new and improved El Kaddouri .... Meanwhile Henrique is in Astana's starting lineup.

The Realist in me looks at this signing as NOT a slam dunk. I mean OK, the kid is from Arsenal, but he has also been loaned out and returned to Arsenal every 6 months for the last 5 years. The optimist in me says that he's a young fast player that the scouts at Arsenal clearly saw some talent in... He has also played in Englands youth squads. Time will tell.

I don't think Pelkas is going anywhere. He played as CF in the last friendly. I think that if Mauricio and El Kaddouri can play at a much higher level than last year, our team doesn't really need many more signings. There was an article saying that Charissis has played as LB early in his career and can be a solution for us in that position. I think the kid is talented and deserves a chance. Besaides signing another striker I think our team is solid as is. There are still multiple scenarios floating around for signings.... We'll see what the week brings us. The rumors for Obradovic and Keseru look promising, but who knows.

Berg and Prijo up front would be pretty deadly...

My issue seems to be with Chrome. I used Safari at home and Firefox at work and it worked fine. Chrome on both computers acts up. I've cleared cache etc, still no help.

This is heartbreaking.

This forum sucks.... It really does. It just keeps taking me to a page saying the forum is offline for maintenance and gives me the option to log out. Every time I do anything. Then I have to either go back and click again or refresh, then 50% of the time the page freezes, or 25% I go back to the offline message OR 25% of the time I actually get what to where Im trying to go. UPDATE: LOL after pressing submit to this message I got this:

I don't really get this move....but then again I'm not a talent scout. Seems like overpaying for an unexperienced, young, inexperienced player. Ok, so he's fast....so is the Brazilian kid who did the cement work on my house, but speed does not make a superstar. I'm not saying the kid isn't or won't be great, I just feel like we over payed. Not sure what other offers he had though.
