I hope Zambrano will sign with us. If he doesn't all those new signings will go for nothing. I am very excited to get him and if we do I will seriously believe that we will go for the League this year!

I would argue that Matos and Varela are good enough. Leovac and Crespo are average at best.

I don't understand why we backed off from the central defender. What's wrong with Savvidi and the rest? Last year we needed a center forward for almost a season and we wouldn't get any. This year we need a central defender and again we will not get any? Why throw so many millions to buy extra midfielders when there is no back up for the defenders? In fact we are screwed in every defense position. I don't get it. As I don't get a million other things that has happened in PAOK since Savvidis came to our lives.

I agree with Boston. Pelkas is mediocre and never changed. At first he has limited brain. I remember a few European games that he entered as a sub and was doing so many fouls around the penalty area and give set pieces to the opponent. The truth is he cannot mark a player. For him the only way to do it is to make a foul. One on one I am pretty sure he cannot get the ball from any football player who has both his feet. Now to Kitsiou this is another story. Because even though he is not a great player, is a good rotation player, and he actually has a lot of experience with PAOK. He is very stupid as well. I remember once two-three years ago he was in front of me on the line to board to the flight from Munich to Thessaloniki (he was with PAOK's doctor and went for a treatment). So, he tries to scan his ticket from the wrong side and the employee says something like "Try the other side please". Kitsiou has no idea what the lady is saying and he keeps trying with the wrong side. Then he turns to the doctor and says "Τι μου λέει αυτή ρε μαλάκα;". And then the doctor said "Σου λέει να το γυρίσεις από την άλλη". However, I don't ever want to see Crespo as a right back. In fact I would love if I would never see again Crespo with PAOK shirt. But to me, part of why we threw two points in Leivadeia was because Crespo played right back. Call me crazy but I strongly believe with Kitsiou we would have win the game.

That's true, on the other hand, as I said last Spring, I think we already saw the limits of Crespo and Canas. I don't think they are able to move the team a step further. Crespo is a 5 and Canas is a 6.5. That's it. For me, we should have get rid of those two and get real quality players in their positions. With that in mind and also that Cimirot might be leaving, I would prefer to have Charisis to be the rotation of the team. But if Charisis ends up playing the whole season at Belgium, then it was the best move for him. I just hope he will improve and come back to PAOK. I don't want to give up on him yet.

Stanojevic was a mess.. Under him (I doubt though he took any decisions) we loaned Kitsiou and Charisis, too, which we now regret...

Χατζηϊσαΐας is not the player for PAOK. Vieirinha is in Thessaloniki for the past three weeks injured... I hope he will be fit if we sign him.

Of course it will be better for our team in terms of physical condition. Last year AEK had no Europe and it appeared in the best condition for the play offs. Let's see what their mediocre squad will do by having 6 extra European games. Even though our elimination might help us for the League, I still believe that the two eliminations from Rapid Wien and Ostersud along with the OAKA Greek Cup Final against Panathinaikos are the most shameful moments of the last few years.

I think the only way for Savvidis to change his mentality around PAOK is to lose even more money so at some point he will have to wake up and change his approach. By the way, I like Henrique, but if we can sell him for 3 million it would be nice. I think we got him for 1,2 million, so if we sell him for 2,4 million (20% of the 3 million will go to Rennais) less than a year later, then that is a good move for the team. I only hope that those two players who came in the midfield will make a difference. And probably this means that we will see another good sale. Maybe Cimirot? As all of you are saying, the central defender is our biggest issue and we have to find a Contreras over there.

I gave an one-month ban of watching PAOK games to myself. I promised... I will only watch the highlights afterwards.

Who care if there are Christo? We were eliminated by the team who is in the last position out of all who made it to the stages. I believe 3.000 points or something... Even the Chinese guy I saw the first game with wouldn't understand how this happened. Hahaha.

He is responsible for everything. So, give him credit and blame him at the same time. His leadership doesn't work and he are saying it almost since he came. I am talking about trophies, champions league, etc. But instead of that, he will probably suck Michel and find another one to replace him and have his puppets writing about how many millions he gave and that we would be Aris if it wasn't for him. You know what? Maybe that's the problem. Savvidis thinks we would be Aris without him and he convinced us that we would have been Aris and without even noticing we have become Aris. And don't give me the Cup speech. Because who feels proud of just one Cup. Goumenos got two Cups, but what we remember? Αποχές, συνθήματα, ξύλο, μίρλα, γκρίνια, μιζέρια. On the other hand we were proud of the Zagorakis/Santos era even though we didn't win a stupid Cup. Because back then we felt that something good was happening. Five years of Savvidis era we didn't feel the same way not a single day, did we?

And again Lucescu chose to sub Biseswar. After that again the team fell apart. And he said he was tired. Common on you idiot. And the one you will bring in will do what? Run? We don't need runners and we don't have any. Stamina and physicality sucks. At least Biseswar can create something. Can help his teammates. Let him be there even if he just walks. For the record I didn't understand that he was soo tired to justify a substitution.

Boston when there is no plan on the field all the players can look like crap and if there is a solid plan even average players can play magnificently. I don't think they are as bad as you are saying at least individually. Especially Cimirot he is a fine midfielder. The problem is that there is no plan on how we keep the ball and how we move the ball forward. Worse thing is our stamina which makes things even harder. Only Biseswar helps the team improve because is the only one who will keep the ball and make the rest to run on the space. Otherwise, there is no motion, the players are stuck and we cannot create anything. One has the ball and the rest are 30 meters away just wondering around. Running with no meaning.

Five years ago was Rapid Wien, two and a half years ago was Guingamp, today is Estersud. I guess, s%$#! happen to every team. Like Ajax who reached the final and a few months later was eliminated by Rosenborg. Deep inside though my problem is that we don't build anything. We don't see any plan going on those five years and obviously those skype things are not working. Whatever we succeeded or failed comes back to Savvidis. I still feel this kind of leadership doesn't work for PAOK. We need someone who is in Thessaloniki. Who is there for the team. Even with the money that he gives we could have a better team. The months pass by and we are waiting for him to come next week to decide about this or that. Those things cannot happen. And after a few losses he changes everyone over and over again. The problem is himself. He has proven he has no idea about football and he has proven he has no idea how to find someone, put him in charge, and stick with the plan.

Από πλευράς φυσικής κατάστασης κυρίως. Τεράστιο πισωγύρισμα μετά την καλή περσινή χρονιά. Για να δούμε πώς θα ξεπεράσουμε τέτοιο σοκ και που θα μας βγάλει η φετινή χρονιά.
