  1. Michel did not even make the trip to Portugal. After attending a coaching seminar in Italy he returned to Thessaloniki. Yesterday I was listening to Metropolis Radio and this PAOK reporter (Petrotos) was on the air giving all the details how Michel is meeting Leal as we speak and that the only stumbling block is the 250K buyout clause in his contract that PAOK has no problem of paying. At the same time as Petrotos was presenting the fake news on the radio, Michel was probably relaxing at some Thessaloniki bar drinking cocktails.
  2. Could also be a smoke screen put out by Michel while he is talking to somebody else. Anyway Michel said we will have a coach by Friday, so we should know soon.

  5. According to rumors Michel is in Portugal talking to Boavista coach Miguel Leal about the PAOK coaching position. We would have to pay 250K to Boavista for breaking his current contract with them.
  6. Michel's words why Ivic did not want to continue at PAOK:
  7. I watched the Serbia game. The Prijovic pass on the goal was a beauty.
  8. The 600K figure came from the Metrosport Media group, which has proven to have a very anti-PAOK bias. I don't really believe any of the media speculations because I don't think they have a clue what really happened. I think Lubos Michel came out and explained the reasons. I will believe him before I believe any of the unfounded rumors from all the media. My own speculation is that Ivic's brother will try and bring him to Olympiakos, because I don't think the Albanian coach they got will last more thank 3 months.
  9. Also Skai TV has a live stream, but only available in Greece. http://www.skai.gr/player/tvlive/
  10. http://aklautoi.live/vosniaerzegovini-ellada-2145-link-2/ But you need to sign up first.
  11. I am not talking about the forum. I am talking about PAOK and Michel. Get a coach first and then get the coach to agree to the transfers.
  12. PAE PAOK makes it official. Ivic is history. Bring in the 91st PAOK coach.
  13. Up to a point I agree. UEFA should have banned EPO, but instead they appointed Koutsokoumnis to oversee things. They appointed someone, who is more corrupted than Girtzikis was. Considering that certain people in Greece have good connections at FIFA/UEFA, their goal was to postpone the elections at EPO, if not cancel them completely. In other words UEFA wants things to stay the way they are.
  14. I think we have reached a point where the official PAOK should come out and say what the situation is. The more it drags out, the worse it is for the team.
  15. Any talk of transfers right should be frozen until we have a coach in place.
  16. She should first go for 4.95m creating a new Greek record and then set sights for the 5 meter mark.
  17. Media is just speculating because they have nothing to report.
  18. As long as people committing crime (is sport, politics, society, etc.) don't get punished, no FIFA/UEFA, EPO, Superleague actions will make any difference.
  19. It appears we are looking at coaching soap opera at PAOK. Media speculates that Ivic is history, but official announcements are being postponed daily. In the meantime Michel and ivic have been meeting for the last couple days. It looks to me that the always "trustworthy" PAOK reporters have no clue what is really happening.
  20. Yeah Iraklis got their 3 points back, but might still be dropped because they presented an empty filing for the license. At best they will stay in the league and with limits on transfers. If they go down it will be a great Football League next season with Thessaloniki derbies between Iraklis, Aris, Kalamaria and Agrotikos. Trikala and OFI will provide more tough matchups. It will be tough to qualify to a 14-team Superleague.
  21. With 35.080 points, PAOK is seeded in 10th (out of 58) place in the 3rd Qualifying Round of the Europa League. As for possible opponents only six of them are certain. The remaining 23 teams will need to qualify from early rounds of Europa League. The six certain team that we could face are: FC Oleksandriya (UKR) - 9.526 Olimpik Donetsk (UKR) - 8.526 KV Oostende (BEL) - 8.480 Dinamo Bucuresti (ROM) - 6.370 Universitatea Craiova (ROM) - 4.870 Arka Gdynia (POL) - 3.950
  22. Well the transfer period must be in full swing, since once again we have stories left and right about Vierinha coming (or wanting to) back to PAOK.
