Looks like an own goal, but who cares we'll take it.
-
Gooooooooooooooooool
-
Finally some good pressure by PAOK.
-
If I had to bet I would say red card for us and penalty for Benfica. It' will be tough to steal this game.
-
We need better ball possession. Our left side with Giannoulis and Michailidis is our weak spot defensively. Add to that the yellow to Michailidis and I see trouble in 2nd half.
-
30:70 possession for Benfica
-
Specially with this ref and his history in PAOK - Benfica games.
-
WTF is wrong with Pelkas? Yellow card in 1st minute.

That's what I use too. I got a 3-year subscription. Very cheap.

Assuming Ferreira will stick with the 3-4-2-1 formation I expect the following lineup: ------------ Zivkovic ------------ Ingason --- Varela --- Michailidis ----- Schwab ---- El Kaddouri -- Crespo ------------- Giannoulis ------ Pelkas ------ Tzolis ----- ----------- Akpom ------------- Unfortunately in my opinion if he goes with that lineup we are flirting with disaster. I expect an easy win for Benfica. Hope I am wrong.
-
Squad picked for the game: Paschalakis, Zivkovic Z, Mihaj, Varela, Ingason, Crespo, Michailidis, Giannoulis, Esiti, Ninua, Schwab, El Kaddouri, Biseswar, Pelkas, Zivkovic A, Swiderski, Akpom, Tzolis No Matos or Jaba. Saddly Matos is probably history and Jaba will be second fiddle to Zivkovic.

I am in guys. Guess no. 6.
-
Not sure if this will be the case for the rest of the PAOK home games, but Sport Plus channel available in US, Canada and Australia on various satellite platforms will be showing this game according to their schedule.
-
Good job PAOKSYD. If we could only get Athens4 to purchase one.
-
Does not look that much different than Giannoulis from few years back.
-
Player list reported to UEFA for the game: LIST A: Akpom, Balogiannis, Biseswar, Crespo, Matos, El Kaddouri, Esiti, Giannoulis, Ingason, Varela, Lyratzis, Michailidis, Mihaj,Ninua, Paschalakis, Pelkas, Rey, Jaba, Schwab, Swiderski, Tsiggaras, Tzolis, Zivkovic Z., Zivkovic A. Looks like we gave up on Janko, who used PAOK to get a better deal in Spain. On the other hand we agreed with Andrian Nilsen Pereira for a 4-year deal. He is expected to travel to Thessaloniki tomorrow to sign the deal.
-
The 20-men squad was announced by Ferreira for the game: Paschalakis, Zivkovic Z., Mihaj, Varela, Ingason, Crespo, Michailidis, Giannoulis, Esiti, Ninua, Schwab, El Kaddouri, Biseswar, Pelkas, Zivkovic A., Jaba, Swiderski, Akpom, Tzolis, Koutsias Missing are Matos, Lyratzis and Limnios, which basically means that we have no players on the right side except for Jaba. With this in mind, I believe Matos has played his last game for PAOK.

The television rights for the 2020-2021 Superleague season are taking shape. As usual in Greek fashion things are not completely set even though the season kicks off tomorrow. As the way things stand right now these are the TV rights for Superleague 1. The domestic rights apply to Greece and Cyprus only, while the internationl rights are for the rest of the world except Greece and Cyprus. SUPERLEAGUE 1 - DOMESTIC TV RIGHTS - GREECE & CYPRUS Novasport: AEK Athens, AE Larisa, Apollon Smyrnis, Aris Thessaloniki, Asteras Tripolis, Atromitos Athens, NFC Volos, OFI, Olympiakos Piraeus, Panaitolikos Agrinio, PAOK Thessaloniki, PAS Giannina, PAS Lamia, Panathinaikos TV (PPV): Panathinaikos Athens SUPERLEAGUE 1 - INTERNATIONAL TV RIGHTS - WORLDWIDE (EXCEPT GREECE & CYPRUS) Panathinaikos TV (PPV): Panathinaikos Athens PAOK TV (PPV): PAOK Thessaloniki It remains to be seen how the rest of the international rights are divided. I expect them to be available on the Sport Plus and Antenna Satellite/Pacific as in the past. More information as it becomes available. Ordered as well. We should be getting a 10 Euro voucher for the eShop as part of getting the season package.
-
The game will be televised on Novasport in Greece and Cyprus, and on PAOK TV everywhere else. The price for the game on PAOK TV is 4.99 Euro. You can order the season package for 79.90 Euro.

It sure is. And for us in the US it's the best way of seeing the PAOK home games for Superleague. This is all a result of the agreement between PAOK and Forthnet (NOVA) for PAOK's home Superleague games for the upcoming season, which was announced today. The deal between PAOK and NOVA is for the games to be televised on Novasport channels in Greece and Cyprus only. The deal apparently pay PAOK 7 milion Euro plus 1 extra milion if we finishes 2nd or 3r in the standings. If we win the title we will get 2 milion Euro extra instead. PAOK retain the international rights with the exception of Greece and Cyprus. PAOK TV just announced that the annual package will cost 79.99 Euro, while tomorrow's game will cost 4.99 Euro.
