We're going to battle for the group stages of the EL and try to get 2nd place. I thought this was obvious?

As every coach likes to say, I only look to the next match. Also, the other possibilities have already been written above. You should be THANKFUL I'm giving you so much information. Cherish it.

Who, Jalma or Mak?

Assuming we lose this first pair of matches, it looks like only AZ has the potential to be seeded over us in the EL playoff round. Looking out even further, it's likely we'd end up 2nd seed in the EL group stages. Let's see if we can instead do the unthinkable and actually qualify for the CL.

Australia does not exist.

Looks like Tzavellas found some friends in Austria.

Salpi might be joining Anastasiadis at AEL, or may end up in Switzerland (rumors). Not sure which would more suit him at this point. Guy's a warrior though.

Yeah I thought while watching it that the first minute would be failures (judging by his sad face), and then they'd show him slamming goal after goal in. Which they did for like 35 seconds. Then back to the misses. Pretty sure they started reusing goals too.

^ do you think the person who made the video is so in love with him? It's unfortunate that this video is like half made up of him failing to score. At least Gekas likes him.

We'll see! I want people who WANT to be here. If this chode needs convincing, then let him try to find a team in Ligue 2.

He definitely looks like he'd be there to replace Jairo. I, too, know nothing about him. Assuming Klaus has one of his regularly scheduled 2-month injuries, though, anything can happen.

Mak clearly has enjoyed himself at PAOK more than Lucas did. Lucas also had a habit of being terrified during big games (which is why Vukic played so much towards the end of the season - and thank God we had him).

^ hopefully at the expense of PanathinAEKos and Olympiakos

Skanderbeg got slapped with a one-year suspension from European competition due to match fixing (or suspicion of match fixing?). They were going to be seeded in the 2nd qualifying round of CL, which means progression might have meant they'd be drawn against Olympiakos (although admittedly that was a long shot).

Oh, I thought they were just the clients of Huub's son. The more you know.

Being able to identify those players is the trick. Unfortunately, I don't think there are many teams that can get a good ratio of diamonds to coal. Maybe only Shakhtar? But for them, it's mostly about their excellent academy system.

Also joining today, Evgen Shakhov (formerly of Dnipro) PAOK also posted the below highlights video:

Kitsiou spent the better part of last season not playing at all, remember.

I wouldn't say the site is reliable, but much of what they wrote was widely corroborated on other sites. I just noticed I write Cimirot's name "Tsimirot." I guess I was in autopilot as I was rewriting what I was seeing. Here's the direct link for anyone interested (sorry, should have included it the first time): http://inpaok.com/308238

I just hope he's that good, I know almost nothing about him. We'll find out soon enough.

Michel and Ivic will have a joint press conference on Friday (the 10th), where they'll be discussing their plans for the upcoming year.

InPAOK has a rundown of some offers that have come our way which I thought was pretty interesting: Koulouris - Anorthosis offered to buy for 500k, we rejected Pereyra - Racing Club offered to pay the clause (1mm), I think we're going to accept Tsimirot - Werder Bremen offered 4mm, we rejected (YESSSS) Mak - multiple offers, all rejected Kace - some teams in Italy (Inter, I think?) made offers but we rejected them, possibly until the Euros are over Klaus - offers from Italy, Germany, Russia, and the UK (Sheffield Wednesday). Rodrigues - offers from Spain, Holland, Italy, China, rejected

Just signed today

The over-90 club: 90% for Chatziisaias staying 94% for Charisis staying 92% for Cimirot staying 96% for Rodrigues 95% for Mistakidis 91% for Golasa leaving Biggest surprise for me is only 87% approval for Mak.

Can I get one? I'm always so lonely
