  1. I think when we first got him and someone (Boston?) said similar things, my response was "We could do worse than Chelsea dropouts." To be honest, I still kind of believe that. As for Michel - if he's inexperienced, then it stands to reason he should find an experienced coach. Tudor was selected specifically because he was so new; he also had absolutely no control over transfers.
  2. Sounds like typical Greek conspiracy talk
  3. My god he is so punchable
  4. I caught the last 20 minutes of that match, it was good stuff. Leicester looks very confident.
  5. Did someone forgot to paint lines on this field? Jesus. -edit- guess it was just the camera angle. Shut up, pash
  6. Sounds like as soon as I wrote that, Klaus (who came on with Kace for Tziolis and Charisis) nearly scored on ourselves. I take it all back.
  7. Honestly I'd sub out one of Antonis/Pelkas/Mistakidis and get Klaus in front. Or, stack it even more offensively and put him in for Tziolis. Have us play a 3-3-2-2
  8. It really sounds like the tempo has dropped. But I'm getting distracted by the rest of the internet while this game goes on. Did you guys know that people have sex on this thing??
  9. If by some miracle Tudor remains with the team next year, we'd be fools not to sell Kace. He's just rotting on the bench at this point.
  10. Its efficacy in Greece would depend entirely on who's doing the review, and if they can overrule the ref (which the above infographic doesn't seem to imply).

  12. I doubt there will be one, but first row has this so far: http://ifirstrowus.eu/watch/416924/1/watch-panthrakikos-vs-paok-saloniki.html Would much rather see Kace there instead of Tziolis...
  13. Panionios just drew vs Platanias. We're one point ahead of them now, with a game in hand.

  15. Also - think MLS is going to see some repercussions from Uncle Sam's tear-down of FIFA last year? FIFA and UEFA need to tread carefully; they're not the ones who have access to prisons.
  16. The world governing body of football is a self-appointed entity that only has as much power as the fans of the game allow it to have. Unfortunately, the peoples of the world have about as much balls as Greek fans of the game - in other words, none at all. With that said, I offer my services to help clean up at least the hooliganism. We've all been over this many times - metal detectors, assigned seating, security that does its job, stadium cameras, actual arrests, serious sentences. I went to watch a basketball game here in Boston a little while ago, and there's absolutely no comparison with how it's done in Greece. Corruption CAN be cleaned up if there's a political will to do so - believe it or not, worse crimes have been handled in other countries. I'm lookin' at you, Capone.
  17. Illegally is an interesting choice of words. What law is the government breaking? Sounds like something Sepp would say ;) I have no faith that UEFA will help clean anything up. More likely that they'd try to enforce the status quo. To me, UEFA is even less likely to make a positive change than the government you love so very much.
  18. Who'll be the rustier, you think? Hopefully Pelkas has a goal in him.
