  1. Long time no see JVC. Did you miss me?
  2. I think parking the bus is the best way to ensure we'll get creamed. But who knows, maybe our CBs will have career-high games.
  3. Prijovic's application to transfer his FIFA country eligibility to Serbia has come through, he's got the go-ahead to join their team. Awful luck with his injury, though.
  4. I agree, more or less. It's good that we don't have a need for an attacking midfielder - I think next season there will be a lot of competition between Pelkas/Warda/Biseswar. More important - who do we axe? Biseswar, Campos - I'd be fine with both leaving. I don't see Campos as being much better than Jairo, who would be much cheaper anyway. Biseswar is also much too inconsistent, especially relative to a resurgent Pelkas and the gun that's known as Warda. Klaus needs to go, he's too inconsistent. It pains me to say it, but we can do better. I'd say maybe bring someone up from the youth team (esp since Lamprou won't be back for another season), but if that happens then Koulouris needs to be loaned out (to a stronger league). We need someone with experience, if we get someone at all. If Ivic isn't going to use him, then get rid of Kace as well and replace with someone who's at least Canas level. It's obvious how vital that position is now, we need to have someone good in there. Preferably Natcho ;) Charisis needs to be loaned out. We don't need three central midfielders. I think he's too good to abandon, but he needs playing time. I'd only really want a new winger if we get one in the style of Mak. As in, with ridiculous speed/acceleration. This, to me, would be a lower priority than other positions. For right back, let's not forget we're getting Konstantinidis back too. Going to offer some competition there, and his speed will be useful. Will he be good enough, though? Unsure.
  5. He's in our U19 and has, in fact, rejected a call-up to Albania's U21.
  6. Extended highlights:
  7. Even ignoring transfers, the players we do have now should be much more effective after they've been together for a full year. In retrospect, this season ended up much closer than any of us would have thought - just as it was a few years back with Anastasiadis. Both have resulted in us blowing our chances.
  8. Any links? My usual sources seem to be down
  9. Well that was unexpected. Both games ended a draw. PAO/OSFP starts in just a few, let us all pray for many red cards.
  10. Levadiakos has leveled the score, 60 minutes to go
  11. Augsburg was playing a 3-5-2 in that game, so take your pick of what to call his position. Wingback, LB, LW, same deal in this case. Correct on the video. Twitter lied to me. Seeing the still shot in my post, that's clearly his goal vs Ingolstadt
  12. Sounds like she should be more chill
  13. Not sure what the penalty for that is, but he was def getting a yellow anyway for the shirt coming out. Perhaps it was two yellow-worthy offenses that combined to form the red? So he'll be out for, what, two games?
  14. He had to make sure he didn't have testicular cancer. This is a bad precedent being set by the corrupt EPO. Why do they want our youth to die young???
  15. And Pelkas gets a red card for the combination of grabbing his balls and taking his shirt off.
  16. Beautifully set up too. Matos to Mistakidis, who heads it to Pelkas
  17. And Ivic calmly takes a sip of water. "Yup."
  18. Back to back big saves by Panionios...great defensive showing by them
  19. Koulouris coming on for Henrique shortly
  20. For sure. Canas is the player who's leaving the field. Good on Ivic.
  21. Pelkas about to come on too
  22. Panionios down to ten men, great news (Oikonomou)
  23. Very nicely done by Biseswar before the switch
