Damn it Dutch Eagle, I'm on a delay!
-
That was a classic Campos attempt. Managed to force an unbelievable error, and then F*** it up at the last second
-
How the F*** was that a yellow
-
Yup, it's about three minutes behind right now so I'm cutting off the metrosports audio. Hopefully it gets just a bit better. I'm told that at least one of the youtube streams is back up though. Unfortunately aklautoi and Yiankos' streams keep timing out
-
Nah, bianconero is saying no playable sources -edit- most of the youtube ones have been taken down as well
-
Aklautoi seems to be down, there are some options on youtube currently
-
Something tells me Ivic is going to line up a 3-5-2

Can't see it either

Kyriakos Papadopoulos ‒ (Now Playing for Lamia)

Correct, due to the red -
Manages a series of near-screw ups followed by a pair of good blocks in the box, the (very lucky) deflection of which started the sequence that led to Augsburg's second (tying) goal. Interesting game.
-
Just scored an unreal goal from practically the halfway mark vs Leipzig. Hooooly s%$#! that was a beauty
-
I agree, and in retrospect I think you were spot on in saying it before the game. He would have been very helpful in that role, instead of playing a tired Cimirot...

Belgium vs Greece (25 March 2017- King Baudouin Stadium, Brussels)

^ a draw in either of our matches vs them could also be the difference maker in terms of second and third place, when points are tallied. By any other metric, we're a solidly third place team in this group, as we don't know how to score. Time to overachieve. -
Mercenary mentality. Doesn't really care about the team, is very concerned with a payday...probably makes him pretty offputting to his new teams, especially after a few months. Just my guess, anyway.

Does anyone know how tickets sales are handled for these games, for those of us that doesn't live in either Belgium or Greece? I'm thinking about possibly attending as the timing is great for me, though I'm not even sure who/where I'd contact to get seats. -

Good that the injury didn't keep him out for long. Let's see if he can keep healthy for a few more weeks, at least... -
Henrique trained without discomfort. Looks like Canas is also going to be available for this game. I can't see that his match fitness will be hit too much, as he was only out for about three weeks and has been training with the team for at least a week now...but who knows, Ivic is a conservative guy. It would be unsurprising if we saw him for only half a game. As for Djalma - I don't have much faith in him, at all.
-
Fortunately, by the time we play this next game we'll have had a few weeks without a Thursday game. Hopefully this will help with the fatigue.
-
I want AEK too. Panathinaikos seems to have hit some form. I'd rather them and Olympiakos batter each other into submission, maybe grab a few reds while they're at it. Has it truly been 70 years since those four teams all made it? You'd think that this would be a somewhat common occurrence.
-
And the moment I type that they score. I'm done with this game!
-
Okay here goes: I think Olympiakos will comfortably win this one
-
The only way out of this is if I predict an Olympiakos victory.
-
^ and Olympiakos just had an offside goal (correctly) disallowed. Hopefully this result stands.
-
Lineup needs work. I really don't know if Canas will be available, but this is what I'm thinking needs to happen (no surprises here): --Glykos-- --Matos--Varela--Crespo--Leovac-- --Canas--Cimirot-- --Mistakidis--Warda--Henrqiue-- --Prijovic-- On the plus side, Olympiakos will attack us. Will give us a few more chances than the "sit back and waste time" strategy everyone else uses.
