There was a rumor posted on one of the sites earlier that the team has agreed terms with Marcos Antonio and is working on a one-season loan with a buy-out (though I'm not sure if it's mandatory or optional). No idea what the amount could be, though. Lazio paid 7.5mm to Shakhtar for him, with a possible 2mm bonus (which they surely won't have to pay now considering he only played the equivalent of a dozen games last season). I sadly unsubscribed to his youtube channel last week because I realized he updated it for like two days and then gave it the boot. Sad. He must be living a better life than those of us who are always online, though.

That's actually my point - the club (like almost all clubs) is privately owned. They don't produce anything for the general public to peruse, as far as I have seen. We have no idea how much money they make, where it comes from, what they spend (both on players and other drivers of cost), AND we have no idea if Savvidis takes money out. It's insane that this is getting any traction at all - which is kind of why it's clear at least some "fans" here are bad actors.

Sadly I don't think we'll ever, ever, ever get 20mm for a player...
