Gold medal for Miltiadis Tentoglou! He was killing it in the competition! Finished with a jump at 8.07.

First medal in the under 20 European Championship for Greece goes to Odisseas Mouzenidis in men's shot put and it's bronze. He broke the Under 20 national record with a throw of 20.67. He was 8 centimeters short of breaking the Greek national record (20.74).

Very shocked and disbelieve that Emmanouil Karalis has been eliminated from the qualifying round without a single mark. I had high hopes he was going to medal like he was before. :(

Good news for some Greek runners Anna Kafia in the 400m hurdle won her heat with a time of 59.48 to go to the semifinals. Athanasios Kalakos in the 800 m finished 2nd in the heat with a time of 1:52:55 to go the semifinals. Yesterday in the 1500 m, Giorgios-Panagiotis Miliaras qualified for the finals finishing with a time of 3:48:88.

Giorgios Korakidis from men's hammer throw qualifies through with a throw of 72.85. He might have a shot at a medal if he throws better than 73 meters.
