my dream situation:The way we've been performing lately, I honestly believe we can make it to the top three.
My dream situaton: Greece vs. USA in the final, with Greece nailing a 3 pointer in the last second to become world champions!
US television highlights showing all of America who the true basketball champs of the world are!

Greece advanceing, USA advanceing meeting up in the next stage( which we will if we go through) Greece winning by a buzzer shot from Diamantidis.
Then again after a simple final, the USA and Greece meet in the semifinals...
This time Greece stopping the Circus with great DEFNESE and beating them by a nice 14 points, eliminating them so they dont take " whats rightfull thiers" and Sports illustrated, ESPN and the rest of the ignorant basketball fans and 'analysts' in that country can SHUTUP again, and make stupid excuses like "we werent trying, were still the best team"
and then in a 3rd place matchup for the bronze, Italy or Turkey beats USA by 7 points, leaving them so close to a medal, but left in their overated, ignorant reality yet again.
Greece goes on to meet the Spanish in the final, where in a great game of REAL basket ball for Americas "Ghetto Boyz" can watch and learn about TEAM play and organization. And Greece wins by 5 points to be World Champion.

thats really strange....Italy has always had a strong team and even last Olympics.... id recommend dropping a dollar or two on that bet....if they hit form theres nobody they cant beat in the tournament.

oh i thought he was out for a couple months....its only a few weeks. doesnt really matter you still lose money. OSFPs offense is more from the midfield.I did!!! :LOL: 8/1!!! I'm spreading my bets dude!!
yes Gkekas favourite to finish top scorer....hillarious...where do they get this stuff hes only been a leading scorer in the league the last 4 years...including winning that honor the year before last..and if it werent for Salpi and Djole scoring half of theirs from penalties he would have had it again last year.

yeah late 90s was a looong time ago for an athlete....i never heard of Delk but we often get the typical NBA player who was ok in the NBA and they come hear and do nothing sort of like Tracey Murray the other year and some other guy...the only american player on PAO worth mentioning is MIKE Batiste.... :nw:
Femerling was awful, im not sure if thats zelkos fault...forgot about Ntikoudis...i guess its a good signing but we should have gone after Castle from Aris for PG

He has always been seen as a hot potential but never made his mark in Europe.. He was rejected after trials with several top Euroleague teams like Kinder Bologna, Zalgiris and Efes Pilsen. He has played mainly for Union Olimpija and Krka Novo Mesto of Slovenia..
suposedly Javtokas of Lithuania is supposed to be good and we got a typical NBA loser Delk or somethng like that........and the begining of the summer we were supposed to get these major signings...instead we just lost 2 critcal players...

honestly i never heard of besirovic. i wasnt worreid when we lost Lakovic but now that Spanoulis went to NBA we are in big trouble.

their biggest strength is their shooting ability, these guys can hit the outside shots far better than most other teams....however, defense, organization and mentality they arent that great, like i said they are used to playing circus ball.....if theyre on a good shooting day, unless we have one too theres no chance...i looked at both and their not that hot fellas...i dunno just my opinion........

in the last 6 years PAO have been in the final euroleague 4 four times, 2x cup winners, 1 runner up, 1 3rd place last year....
has Efes even made the Final 4 before?
last year they were the strongest team in the tournament until the shock elimination...CSKA, Real, other teams in the final 4 were ripped apart in the group stages by PAO!
we offered Lakovic new contract, he agreed, then ran to Barcelona...what a bitch...

I watcehd the team USA play and crushPuerto Rico......but it is Puerto Rico.....within seconds these guys stilll have the circus mentality, rather than making an intelligent decision they try to do an ally-oop and all this trick crap :LOL:
but they are still very good shooters which will make everything difficult...

PAO second string with Efes!??!? are you kidding me? PAO are making the final 4 almost every year, missed it last year by a bizarre tragedy we always had a tough time with that team.. and meanwhile raping teams like CSKA, Barcelona, Real home and away...
in fact its always Malaga or Tau who ever give us problems lately.....something about the polar ends of spain i guess...
Efes is decent, they make it past the group stage but never past that....sorry above average but not in the elite...

this has been a very good preseason....Sollied really is the best thing to happen to OSFP. I honestly beleive hes better than 3/4 of the coaches in the EPL or Serie A even...If you guys dont get a tough draw in the CL you will probably go through.

i hate the "dream team" with everything i have but i dont think we can beat them....they have a new generation and these guys dont waste shots like we do...players like James, Wade will be big... Supposedly theyre practicing too and on a tour...they will be favourites to win i think.

OSFP were solid, not amazing but they were working very hard. Sollied is doing well at making these guys put a lot of effort and concentration in even the friendlies.
But Blackburn were truly pathetic... It wasnt really a useful test for 8rhnos, they need somebody who will play ball back if they want to get better...

when he was a youngseter.......ever since.....he moved to PAOK where he did well, and then played for AEK where he was horrendous, then played for OSFP where he was worse, and last season he finally looked decent. He can dribble and move when hes in the right spot, which is why he should be a winger or attacking midfielder....No way a striker!So what????? When Okkas was a youngster he was flying! Kaiserslautern made an official offer to Salamina and when he was at Anorthosis Leverkusen made an offer and Juventus were keeping tabs! Having promise and potential, and fulfilling it are two different things. I dont doubt Samaras' talent, I doubt his readiness. He is lazy, weak on the ball and inconsistent.
As for Kotadinou hes had one good season since 2001. With thrinos he was ok, not special not awful...
and your telling me SAMARAS is the inconsistent one? So youd rather have the two most inconsitent striking losers in the league? Or one half inconsistent young talent playing in holland and the EPL..... let me think about that one...SAMARAS.

they have so many blacks, so many serbs, russians, greeks, italians, jews - all the great basketball ethnicities living there and yet they cant make ONE real basketball player....i think they have one guy but hes like american or somehting....
wouldnt worry about watching the Qatar match....it will not be so interesting.
