We've been drawn to face Scotland in the play-offs for the Nations League. First leg in Greece, return in Scotland a few days later.

This is a perfect draw, I fancy Greece's chance to promote to League A

Greece winning and being promoted to League A is clearly the best outcome. It will provide higher quality opposition and more attractive and lucrative games in the next UNL and the 2028 European Qualifiers draw will be seeded exclusively on the preceding UNL group phase ranking (like the 2024 Qualifiers draw was), so providing Greece wouldn't finish bottom of their group and be automatically relegated they'll be one of the 12 teams in pot one for that draw.

Not sure what is better, losing and getting a better chance at winning a League 2 group for Euro 2028, or winning and moving to League A. UEFA really needs to do something like all League A teams get in pot 1 or something.

Keep in mind that PaokCT thinks himself a television pundit, so wants to stir up engagement. Unfortunately, he hasn't figured out how to monetize that yet. If you'll recall, he said Lucescu should be fired like six times last season, too. It is absolutely vital that Lucescu be supported by PAOK's administration. He's won with worse teams, and the first half of every season is always bad. It'll turn around.
