  1. That post wasn't out of frustration. It's how it is. If PAOK continues like this, they will lose the Championship. Plain and Simple. We've been so lucky all season long. That luck will run out. It's very simple. We are not playing good ball and the team isn't good enough. The team did nothing to improve last year's roster.

  3. Gia tis bananas is what he should have said. He couldn’t give two tosses about anything but Olympiakos winning (by hook, crook, or other means). He and others in the club are embarrassing in their behaviour including Theodoridis and Karapapas. I don’t expect much from him but to say “Gia olous tous ellines” seriously fark off. Liar. A scourge on Greek football for many years, and many more to come I’m sure.

  4. I don’t understand where this Olympiakos is unlucky meme has come from. They are 10 points behind us and they struggle to score. They have a good foundation and play nice but that doesn’t mean you deserve to win. To win you gotta stick the ball in the net. Now all of a sudden the game against Milan is the norm, and all their other games were aberrations. We’ll see. Until proven otherwise I’m inclined to think the Milan game was the aberration. And the media ha ha. Olympiakara. Best team in Greece. But can’t win a derby. Oh that’s right they’re unlucky. And PAOK is lucky ... for 13 games. The thing with PAOK (and anyone with a brain should see this) is they only need to turn it on for 10-15 minutes and they can score 2 goals. Which is generally what they’ve done. Couple that with a rock solid defence (at least in the GSL), and most teams in the GSL being fairly crappy standard, and there you have why PAOK are where they are this year. Anyway, let’s see what the rest of the season brings. And Marinakis, the donut king, “this is for all Greece”. Fark off donut man. Been raping and pillaging Greece for how long and now he’s all “this is for Greece”. Farking banana.

  5. Speaking of the man, nice little article on him https://www.goal.com/en-au/news/ex-arsenal-youth-star-akpom-revitalising-his-career-in/z0amear0p091k29ky6mkmppp

  6. That all goes to show that the youth talent is present, but club & league culture and training programs & facilities, all which translate to professionalism and development, are lacking in Greece. The most successful players leave Greece very young. Yes, there are examples of players leaving and coming back, some falling off the map, others thriving in the GSL, but, nevertheless, if a young Greek player wants to give himself the best shot at a successful career, he needs to develop outside Greece.

  7. With that logic, there are plenty of games we should have lost or drawn as well including the one against them.

  8. We did not come very close to $hit....Group stages in CL??? We were dominated by Benfica for 175 out of 180 minutes. We had a miracle draw, and then a deserved ass whooping. If you're satisfied with anything you saw, I feel bad. I don't even count the games from Freaking July and August.

  9. I dont think anyone fathomed him as the present. He is clearly the past, but I guess it's just interesting to keep tabs on someone that was central topic of conversations for mny years. At this point he will retire at 30.
