  1. The EU will drag this out as long as necessary to get the agreement they want. In breaking news, Greece offers all their first born males to work in EU salt mines. Schauble says, not enough.

  2. If I was an advisor to Tsipras right now here is what I would tell him: "Prime Minister under no circumstances you give the country away! The way this is going, is like giving the key of the country to those dogs of the north to come and create a colony out of our beloved ELLAS! I sugest we get on the plane and leave Brussells and never come back! The Greek people will never forgive you if you fall into their demands! You do not even have to say good bye to them! I will write a sing outside the plane stating" good bye Nazi asholes of Northern Europe"!

  3. ^The USA cares more about territory, are you telling me if Russia decides to strike a deal with Greece and open up a port that the U.S wouldn't jump in there and try and strike a better deal. There is no way in hell the U.S would allow Russia to have any part of Greece. Greece is a prime location as far as the countries that surround them is concerned. Let's not forget Turkey is the U.S gateway to the Middle East and our borders divide Greece and Turkey.

  4. Honestly, I'm not handing over our islands or anything as collateral that is absolutely bullshit, after the world war when those cold mother Germans needed debt relief they got it at 60% or they would have been F***ed and mind you they had to put nothing up as collateral. I was so nervous about getting kicked out of the euro but now I want Tsipras to stand up and yell F*** you and walk out. I wish he would have had a back up plan and started to print some money and maybe he should have even contacted Russia and the States. I'll tell you one thing if the States sees Greece is ready to deal with Russia they will come in and offer Greece more, there is no way in hell that the U.S will allow Russia to be a part of one of the most crucial areas in the Mediterranean. I'm sick of these Germans, if we leave it will be horrible for the first few years but eventually we will be better in the long run. Think about how cheap it will be for tourists to go to Greece as our dolor will be worth so much more. At this point I want the Greeks to make history and walk out like soldiers and tell the EU to F*** off and we will make it with out you, you cold hearted bastards.

  5. Stop it man. USA is not bailing out Greece. We will be in the poor house for years to come. Greece already has record number of tourists. We are screwed either way.

  7. Flouminese is doing whatever they can to cancel the deal, but we offered to pay Giovanni's release clause and we've agreed to terms with him, only he can cancel it and PAE isn't worried, they expect that he will be in Greece Thursday (or Friday, I'm not sure if they mean he's leaving Brazil Thursday or getting to Greece Thursday). Unfortunately, Ronaldinho signing with Flouminese has made it harder for Giovanni to make up his mind, someone should tell him that he would have the chance to play with Chrisantus and Platellas...

  8. He hasn't really shown much. My take is he's still trying to fit in/assimilate to the team/Greece. I actually have high hopes for him. He seems like the type of player who you take a gamble on. He's young, dominated his former league, and is hungry for the next step in his career. I think he'll be a regular by season's end alongside Zeca. He also has the advantage of being a natural left footed midfielder, something PAO doesn't have outside of Pranjic.

  9. @Bananas Skondras has played. I saw him coming on as a substitute the (first) game against Koot Azur. Odd thing was that he was not wearing nr #2 but nr #19. @Pash Rat was injured the first game and did only some trainingforms after the game with physical trainer.

  10. There are sections within the Troika who are just in it to humiliate and crush Greece even if they end up wrecking the Eurozone and it's become obvious that you can't negotiate with these people. Schauble is 73 years old. I now agree with him that the retirement age should be 70. I wish it was in Germany so this demented and evil nazi wouldn't be meddling with the lives of innocent people. Let him go back to wheeling his chair in a teutonic garden humming his SS ditties. Why should a 5, 10, 18 yo in Greece have to suffer because some mean spirited vindictive nazi can't get over the fact his feelings were hurt? This isn't about politics any more. I couldn't care less for SYRIZA and Tsipras and the side show of right and left pseudo-politics in Greece. The demands that petty politicians from Germany, Finland, Latvia and the others have towards Greece are an affront to fairness, let alone democracy and simply, they are terrorism! Kick out SYRIZA and elect the most pliable and treasonous (from a Greek perspective) government of technocrats and those in charge in the EZ sole mission would still be to humiliate and defile Greece. There's no diplomacy on show here. Just crude greed and personal vendetta. It's game over. We enter a new phase now.

  11. Great post. Especially the comment about the schizophrenic position of the greek population ie. they want the Euro but without austerity. One comes with the other, it's that simple. I think the meeting today was just the entree. The real meeting is coming where the political heads as opposed to the finance ministers will do the talking. I still think the German position of accepting a Grexit is a ruse. But, tomorrow or this week I could be proven wrong. Schauble proposing a 5 year temporary exit and the "acquisition" of 50 billion in assets (maybe they can liquidate all the periptora in Greece) was out of left field. That took me by surprise. I'd accept his offer on two conditions. First, it's permanent as opposed to 5 years, and second, we send him 50 billion "F*** you" messages instead of giving him 50 billion in Greek assets.
