Frantzeskakis is in a good form. I see him breaking the 80 meters this season. So far this year there are seven Greek hammer throwers with throws over 70 meters, and the son of Polychroniou at 69.15 meters is ranked 8th. BTW, Christos Polychroniou who is 2nd in the all time rankings with 80.08 meters has been banned for lifetime by IAAF for repeated doping violations.

Ivanusec was a disappointment and has no spot on the team. Bianco is the only player that I would like to keep with the hope that he gets more playing time. The friendly with Italy might not be happening. Italian FA has decided to send the U21 team, which EPO is not happy about it and is trying to find another opponent to replace them.

Europa League Qualifying Round 2 it is after the disaster of a season. We will need to eliminate three teams to reach the league phase. We should be seeded in all three rounds. There will be some tough unseeded teams along the way, and with our luck we will be drawn against them. The draw for Qualifying Round 2 will be made on June 17. Leg 1 will be played on July 23 and the return leg will take place on July 30.

This season was a total disaster. Drastic changes need to happen. There are no excuses starting at the top and all the way to the bottom.
