Crazy
EXACTLY.... its quite sad to see these gauro-albanians even have the nerve to post considering their team is still recovering from their ass rape once again..... their tripa has been acheing for 10 years.... find a rock and crawl under it lagoi!!!! B) I will try not to tell you to go F@ck yourself like i should because the holidays are coming and in that spirit of giving and receiving, the same one your team used (even tho your team did most of the receiving yesterday)i would tell you only this my friend. We come and make fun of your team because we had a little bit to much of your remarks about your SUPER TEAM THAT WILL SWEEP THE WORLD kind of nonsence and eveyone was under the impresion that your team was going to Paris for a certain win,not a 4-0 spanking from a team in the 15th place in France. That is all my little kariola friend....PEACE OUT...... cyberfish
Personally, I don't think we need to let this defeat linger. It got me thinking though. There are four games that we lost big time since last season (Bremen, Barca, Olympiakos out, and PSG). If I am not mistaken (I count on Nikosvazelas to double check the facts here :D ), there is one thing they all have in common: Biscan-Morris at CB. Now, it might be just a coincidence, but I have the feeling that the CB position is the most critical (after goalkeeper). I don't want to blame Biscan for every defeat because we could had lost without him, but seeing the guy on the pitch I can't resist some speculation. trifilli
^^^ Antonson could not possibly be worse...than Biscan? I am disgusted as I previously said. What a way for this team to treat our heroic PANATHINAIKOS fans that went to PARIS to cheer for the TRIFYLLI  In the first half while the score was still relativelly under control, ALL I heard was PANATHINAIKOS cheers  All that, after Platini told Mitsou in Budapest(Puskas' funeral) NOT to allow PAO fans to attend the game because of the tension between police and PSG supporters!! loup
The same people who thin this is an important loss are the one that thought that the OlympiCos win over Real meant something last year - Walter Mondale won Minnesota did that make him president???? NikosVazelas
sorry i have been away for the past 2 days and i must say i am saddened to see my final prediction for the psg match was off. i said 1-3 for pao. however, i wouldnt go as far as saying as it was a disaster. considering we played the Uefa group stage with our second team leaves only hope and optimism for me for the round of 32. Biscan, leontiou, darlas, mantzios and theodoris played an average of 65 minutes per game in the uefa group stage matches. thats an average for the 5 players put together by the way. so considering most of our first team saw little or no action in europe so far, i can only be optimistic. SURE works needs to be done, but isnt that always the case. as for the psg game, this was the 4th game that saw our team conceed big goals in the last 13 months. and yes, cyberfish, biscan was the cb in all 4 games. we started off and played a very decent road game for the first 30 minutes. up until pauletta's goal. which was caused by a defensive mistake by Tziolis. and rather then crucify him, i think it can only help his play in the future. game experience is the best practice. then it all went down in the first 10 minutes of the second half. 3 goals in 8 minutes. two of the goals can be directly blamed on biscan. i also think that because nilsson was moved to RB, the team was a little disorientated. and i am not sayin that Vyntra is better then him. but nilsson had a semi attacking role for the first 45 and was thrown back at RB in the 2nd half. i would have rather had him play rb from the beginning and maybe had romero or eki play at midfield from the beginning. although he may be a few percentials weaker then vyntra on defence, and i stress the ''may be'', nilsson is miles ahead of loukas pushing the game to offence. anyway, so far, after 6 games in europe, playing with mostly a 2nd team, pao has 3 wins( two of which are away wins), 2 draws(both at home) and one loss(away). i did not even mention that psg needed the game and pao didnt. and if u think that doesnt mean anything, just look at this years cl for a prime example of how teams lost meaningless games at the end. ( AC Milan at home to lille 0-2, Celtic away to FC Copenhagen 3-0, Liverpool to galatasaray 3-2 and psv losing to bordeaux) maybe with a few key transfers this winter, idealy at CF and RB, pao can make a decent run in europe in the new year. later skaters. athinaios
I really don't buy "we didn't need this game" theory. How come we didn't "need" this game? First place and an easier opponent was at stake here. That's a pretty good motive.. if playing in Europe wasn't good enough for our players! Besides, we need all the games. This is a sport played by persons who get lots of $$ and are paid to be professionals. Also, they play for my PAO and what the green jersey represents. I'm sorry guys if you think otherwise, but I don't like my team ridiculed in Europe because "we didn't need this game." PS>and, please don't tell me that we ..conserved our strength for a more important match. we know, from history (and if I may add my own experience) that this does NOT work out. A team rides on success not failures. :box:
NikosVazelas
i mean we didnt need this match from a qualification point of view. im sure that in many-a-mind inside the organization, they didnt think they would lose by 2 or more goals, even with the young players playing. im just saying that even if we lost and hapoel won, wed finish 2nd and that would mean we would play a tougher opponent. but as it has been proven, even the smallest teams can make u look half assed if u dont push forth a decent effort. time will tell if we are closer to the end of our european run rather than the beginning. either way. we have brought another 8 crucial points for greece this year once again. if all greek teams did that or even half as much.. we'd be a lot higher then... 16th

I don't want to blame Biscan for every defeat because we could had lost without him, but seeing the guy on the pitch I can't resist some speculation. In the game vs. PSG our weakness seemed to be our side-backs, darlas and especially nilsson! I don't think that Biscan should take the fire..In Barca again I remember Darlas having a terrible performance.... Werder is deleted from memory :P Darlas,Nilsson are subs but who can say that the starters (Seric,Vyntra)are so much better than them?????? Now I don't say we don't need a CB, this is obvious as well. But this kid Adonsson has not taken many chances...and at the beginning he wasn't so bad when he played. What is more urgent is two side backs for both sides and maybe a player that can driblle and advance with the ball (not just know how to pass "mprostinh mpalia" that we always hear of) in the centre.(ex. Merino). But having so many "metrious" in these positions I don't see it happening
Morphi
Back. I don't think that anyone should really take notice of this game. Paris needed to win and PAO lost the plot after the first goal. Anyway, a massive respect shot to the Greek fans you were great in the first half and who sang the name of the supporter who died in the second half. How does a team finish first in a group with negative GD...its rhetorical...please don't answer.
NikosVazelas
A girl died in 1933 by a homicidal murderer. He buried her in the ground when she was still alive. The murdered chanted, "Toma sota balcu" as he buried her. Now that you have read the chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night she will be on your ceiling. She will suffocate you like she was suffocated. If you post this, she will not bother you. Your kindness will be rewarded. --- ADMIN NOTE: IF YOU WANT TO CONTRIBUTE TO DISCUSSIONS STAY ON THE TOPIC... HUMOR IS APPRECIATED ...
