Ziaka Posted March 17, 2006 Share Posted March 17, 2006 Draw for the quartefinals of the UEFA Cup was made today: Seville - Zenit St. Petersburg 4-1, 1-1 FC Basel - Middlesbrough 2-0, 1-4 Rapid Bukurest - Steaua Bukurest 1-1, 0-0 Levski Sofia - Schalke 04 1-3, 1-1 First leg is to be played on March 30, and the return leg on April 6. I watched the match yesterday of Zenit & Marseille and it was amazing to see what kind of ball these guys were playing. And this is a Russian team that has nothing or not as a strong background as some of our Greek teams. It's a damn shame that we're loosing all these points and rankings as a country but to be honest with you all maybe that's what Greek Soccer needs... Zenit - Seville 1-1 Greece gets to stay in 8th place and in the 2007-08 European season we will have 6 teams as opposed to 4.
