There is a $5 charge for that (you get access to the channel for a whole month. Also: http://www.greek-torrents.com will have the game ready for downloading imediatelly after it's over. You need a bitorrent client to download and fast internet connection to have it in your pc in a decent amount of time. Also: http://www.altv.smfhost.com/altv/4.htm claims to have the game live.
