Alessandro Soares put AEK ahead with his eighth goal of the season. After Ionikos had levelled through Macor, Soares then won a debatable penalty when he clearly dived in the penalty area. Konstantinos Katsouranis scored from the spot, only for Macor to equalise with his second. The2ndMouse Posted December 30, 2004 Share Posted December 30, 2004 Hollywood, on the first case the ref did a mistake But on the second case the deflection came from an Ionikos Player, and although the Assistant was right to raise his flag for the AEK player who was offside, the ball finally ended up in the net from the Ionikos Player foot ... The ref (Mazarakis) was very bad and the comantators notices 5 or 7 incidents where he wronged both teams as I heard, but the penalty was really a joke! That must be the most stupid quote of the season.Obviously you didnt watch the games before the Ionikos game, where in 2 of them, we should have had clear cut penalties. With bad referees, things tend to even themselves out. Go back to the hole where you live before you make comments like that, and use the thing between your ears next time, its called a brain. And also, Seville, Lille, and Zetterberg arent the worst teams in Europe, at the time they were all in the top 3 in their respective leagues, as was Aachem in there league!!!!!
