I understand Lucescu. Was about 7 years coach of my twins team. Rule  #1: start with the strongest lineup, score 3 or 4 goals and put in the weaker players. Only started random if I knew the opponent was weak from the first game. 

Now it is just 1-0 from the first leg. If that was 4-0 others would have played.
