And also because there is news. The yet second best club of Thessaloniki but soon to be best club of Thessaloniki ever probably will start the new season in The Netherlands. Once again, but I don’t mind.

According to Metrosport PAOK will be going twice to The Netherlands. Both times in Oosterbeek (near Arnhem). Must be somewhere in June and July if I see the fixtures of Q2 of CL.

PAOK will play a friendly game on July 12 against Universitate Kluz in Romania. It's a game that will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Romanian team.

Here is the schedule for the pre-season training:

June 25 - June 30:   first gathering of players/medical tests
July 1 - July 11:  first training camp at Apeldoorn, Holland (Hotel Bilderberg) - (3 pre-season games)
July 12:  friendly game against Universitatea Cluj  (19:00 EEST, Cluj Arena, Cluj, Romania)
July 13 - July 17: training sessions in Thessaloniki
July 18 - July 27: second training camp at Horst, Holland - (4 pre-season games)
July 28: return to Thessaloniki - preparations fro Champions League games
August 6/7: Champions League game  (QR3 - Leg 1)
August 13:  Champions League game (QR3 - Leg 2)

Saw one site claim that Kace is being given "a second chance" which seemed very unlikely to me. Does anyone buy that?

Sounds unlikely. More likely scenario is the fact that we don't have enough defensive mids to even conduct proper training sessions.

Deligiannidis is also called up for preseason. I figured he'd be simply cut, though it would be nice if he could be used in his actual position to see if he's any good...

But yes he's probably called up to play LB in a few friendlies.
