athinaios Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Oh, we have too many winged rats (pigeons) around here too. They must die, along with Canadian geese, European starlings, sparrows, and deer. I know the last one aren't birds, but when we start the culling they should be included. Peace. 1
Antaeus7 Posted November 29, 2015 Author Posted November 29, 2015 In Texas, European Starlings, Rock Pigeons, and House Sparrows (English Sparrows as they are called in the UK) are legal to kill for controlling the population.

Polikastano Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 Since you put up a pic of Pileated Woodpecker i wanted to ask you if the Ivory Billed Woodpecker is officially extinct? Or you think there might a few somewhere in the deep swamps of the south?
Antaeus7 Posted December 5, 2015 Author Posted December 5, 2015 It has been reported that the Ivory-Billed Woodpecker has been extinct since the 1950s, although they don't have evidence to back this up.
Koro Posted December 6, 2015 Posted December 6, 2015 Wow, nice birds, all we have in London are winged rats. I remember that park in London where there are wild parrots, because somebody released loads of them a while back. Very strange if you ever see them.
