Unbelievable I was pissed when I read that.. WTF is going on there these club teams and there fans are getting on my nerves. Larissa will let them play there but it may not get approved by UEFA as the airport is not close enough. I think if they can't play in Crete they should play the matches in Athens. Team has enough problems to deal with on the pitch recently, don't need these silly clubs trying to keep them out!!

Does anyone know who will carry the Euro qualifiers here in Canada? I hope its on tv package unlike CL games.

Usually its about 2 weeks before the first match. I saw Ireland announce its squad. Maybe the coach is waiting longer to see on whether or not Manolas could give it a go? I pray he can play the match vs Bosnia.

Yup, I had a good feeling before hearing of this injury that we could get a win one of our signature 1-0. Now if Manolas is out will be hard to push forward in fear of conceding a goal. Lets pray he is ready to go for March 26th.

The Bosnia match is the make or break match, a draw would be huge for us then win at home vs Italy..

Just saw a highlight of a beautiful goal that Katsouranis scored where he lobbed the Bosnian keeper in a 4-0 win for the Ethniki in a Euro 2008 qualifier in Bosnia. Looking forward to another great win for the NT vs the overrated Bosnians!! Pa Me!!!

Roma again go out of the CL. I like Roma but I hope Manolas will end up at Real Madrid or Barca.

According to Agonasport coach Ange is seriously interested in capping Fiorin Durmishaj as he has been in contact with him concerning the NT. Also Dimitris Kolovos has been summoned to the NT for the first two qualifiers.

Good points, Lamprou should definitely be on the team. Bouzoukis reads the game well and can hit the ball from distance similar to Karagounis, he has a bright future and will be a huge asset to the Ethniki for years to come.

Im a fan of Lykogiannis and I think he could help the NT. As I have said I dont want Bakasetas playing during this campaign. Very excited to see Greece kick off the campaign in a few weeks hopefully the players are dialed in and the coaching staff has them 100% prepared especially for Bosnia!

J1078 it seems like its been an up hill climb ever since we started Euro 2016 qualification and we had to play the first home game without fans vs Romania.. The NT needs to catch a break..

That would be ridiculous as was the case when Gate 4 fans wrote a letter saying they did not want the NT playing in Toumba? If my team PAO did the same thing I would be really pissed off with them. The NT should play wherever they want to in Greece!

^ I agree about Tzimikas I watched him closely vs Dynamo and he was getting beat easily and making bad passes on simple plays. At forward Ange has to go to Mitroglou as he is proven to net us our goals. Koulouris has been in great form for Atromitos and will see the field if we are in need of a goal. Less than a month away until Greece play Bosnia cant wait! PA ME ELLADA!!!

Wouldn't mind seeing coach Ange give Masouras a look...

I am very hopeful this time will get into the Euro after missing the last two major tournaments. Skibbe is out and coach Ange should have better callups and a better system working with the likes of Basinas and now to with Giannakopoulos joining the coaching staff. Our toughest test will be Italy as they play a similar defensive style so that will be an interesting chess match plus Greece have not played them in along time. Even though Italy is not at the top of there game I expect them to be very hungry and determined with all the pressure they are under from there fans and the media in Italy to not miss another major tournament. Bosnia as I said if we play smart and stifle there playmakers and wait for our chance to hit them for a goal then I believe will get a result on match day 2. Greece are very familiar with them and that will help. Finland are improving but who do they have in there starting 11 that is a threat? The only player I can think of is Teemu Pukki but he is no Jari Litmanen. Armenia should be six points in the bank if the team is focused. Liechtenstein will be the door mat of the group but hopefully here Greece can squeeze out a few 2 or 3 nil wins.
