If Mitroglou gets the service he will make Bosnia pay! Greece get that first goal and then they will lock it down from there.

Manolas is a huge key to the NT. Siovas can come in and help the backline for sure, what we need is to get the ball moving from the midfield to Mitroglou or Donis and put the pressure on the Bosnian defense which has its issues and can be exploited.

Let’s just hope he plays Masouras and If not I don’t want to see Bakasetas he won’t help the NT and his recent form doesn’t merit a call up to the Ethniki.

The Greece team of 2004 was a great collection of footballers from Nikopolidis in nets, out to the backs with Dellas, Kapsis and Seitaridis. Then you have a solid midfield comprised of Karagounis, Zagorakis, Basinas and Katsouranis. Also the Greek "Roberto Carlos" Tsartas who had to come on mainly as a sub and delivered a beautiful ball switched over from across the field to Charisteas for a goal vs heavyweights Spain. He also came on and delivered the corner on the ET winner of the head of Dellas vs the Czechs. Upfront we had the legend Angelos Charisteas enough said we all know what he did! Bosnia I doubt will ever win a major championship let alone get to a semi final of one....

Like they did last time? Ela re, Belgium couldn't beat us easily (and we took a draw in Belgium) but they pounded Bosnia 4-0 and beat them again with there B side in Zenica. We will get a result there!

At least up front we look strong with Mitroglou, Donis and Kouloris as our options. The question is will they get the service from the midfield and who is Ange going to play on the wings?

Disappointed Manolas is not able to go. Also Bakasetas again? Argg.. No Lamprou either. We have to get 4 points out of 6 minimum. Italy should take care of Finland so we can't lose ground to Bosnia. Let's Go Ellada!!

In away I am worried a bit about the match vs Liechenstein, as we tend to go into these matches without much attention to detail and lack of focus and play very sloppy. Where as when the NT play the Belgium's of the world the team comes out really fired up and I think that will be the case vs Bosnia. I hope they can put away Liechenstein early within the first 20- 30 minutes and win by 3 or 4 nil. We all dont want to be sweating that game as was the case vs Estonia in the Nations League.

This is crazy we are 9 days away from the first match with Liechenstein? Hopefully Manolas will be match fit for the match vs the kolo Bosnians.

Unbelievable I was pissed when I read that.. WTF is going on there these club teams and there fans are getting on my nerves. Larissa will let them play there but it may not get approved by UEFA as the airport is not close enough. I think if they can't play in Crete they should play the matches in Athens. Team has enough problems to deal with on the pitch recently, don't need these silly clubs trying to keep them out!!

Usually its about 2 weeks before the first match. I saw Ireland announce its squad. Maybe the coach is waiting longer to see on whether or not Manolas could give it a go? I pray he can play the match vs Bosnia.

Yup, I had a good feeling before hearing of this injury that we could get a win one of our signature 1-0. Now if Manolas is out will be hard to push forward in fear of conceding a goal. Lets pray he is ready to go for March 26th.

The Bosnia match is the make or break match, a draw would be huge for us then win at home vs Italy..

Article says he will probably miss 3 weeks and be back for a serie A match on March 31. Maybe just maybe he will be alright to go..

Just saw a highlight of a beautiful goal that Katsouranis scored where he lobbed the Bosnian keeper in a 4-0 win for the Ethniki in a Euro 2008 qualifier in Bosnia. Looking forward to another great win for the NT vs the overrated Bosnians!! Pa Me!!!

Roma again go out of the CL. I like Roma but I hope Manolas will end up at Real Madrid or Barca.

According to Agonasport coach Ange is seriously interested in capping Fiorin Durmishaj as he has been in contact with him concerning the NT. Also Dimitris Kolovos has been summoned to the NT for the first two qualifiers.

Good points, Lamprou should definitely be on the team. Bouzoukis reads the game well and can hit the ball from distance similar to Karagounis, he has a bright future and will be a huge asset to the Ethniki for years to come.

Im a fan of Lykogiannis and I think he could help the NT. As I have said I dont want Bakasetas playing during this campaign. Very excited to see Greece kick off the campaign in a few weeks hopefully the players are dialed in and the coaching staff has them 100% prepared especially for Bosnia!
