When have I EVER been "on the fence"... I'm probably the most controversial poster on this forum You can say what you want... but I"m not from their culture.. I dont know enough about them as a "people".. Ughh... this whole nationalistic thing is so retarded.... First off, its stupid for them to bring turkish flags to the game given they have absolutely no real connection to turkey aside from possibily "pissing us off" Second... disappointing that our fans are still buying into this crap.... this whole deep rooted "hatred" between Turks and Greeks needs to end... Aren't you the one that was championing the idea that things will be different this year in regards to officiating and how the game will be played? I'm willing to believe things will be different on that end... so yes.. thats why I'm focusing on the prwtathlima... In regards to Europe... I still see Astera and the gavro sitting pretty in there Euro spots.... NOTHING will happen to them... all this talk about taking champs league from gavro was all "fluff" from Alafouzo. If there was any real concern for this to come to fruition, it would have happened already.

I dont understand why you can't let the guy voice his opinion He's obviously a bit biased b/c he's a gavro but let he guy voice his opnioo no matter how much we may disagree with it....Tha's the whole point of being on a forum... Time will tell how he plays for PAO.... however what he's shown throughout his career is almost mirrored by Botia He's not terrible but he's nothing special... Time will tell

Sanchez is nothing special from what we can see so far... usually spanish defenders are very "soft" and have some sort of ball skill... they lack aggression, speed and mental toughness We basically got ourselves a Green version of Botia He's an avergae defender for Euro standards... decent enough defender for super league... and will have an occasional standout game.... but will not "wow" you by any means and will the occasional blunder as well... He might be good to have around for 2 seasons but signing this guy to a 4 season contract is NUTS.....

Im pretty sure there is only one "cl" spot... not two... so even though u qualify there is only one team that competes for cl cash

Lets focus on one thing at a time. .. get a team in order... and then worry about europe Rome wasnt built in one day... lets just be happy that we have an actual team this year that can be competitive in the SL after 4 yrs

I'd rather focus on a league that we can actually do well in and WIN than be ransacked by Brugge when I know damn well.. that I need 4 players of top class to be compeitive You can't be competiitve when a team carves you up at home.... Teams of the past were built of durability and determination.... our backline now is a Lola Park

When you have a team that can come to Leoforo and go up 2-0 within the first 12 minutes of gametime b/c they carved up your defense (unless they are Barcelona, Real, Man City, Bayern).... you don't have a team for Europe Here we had Brugge that was ready to make Leoforo their "home" game... we showed grit/determination to come back and score even with 10 men... but don't be fooled... there is a difference in class when a team can seemlessly fling 6-7 fwds in transitino from defense to attack... It's OK though... we were always going to be the outsiders.... I dont even want to know whats ahead for us in Europa... there are some pretty good teams out there in our lot... teams we dont want... but w/e... just focus on the league... do what we need to do... and bring some silverware.. we can focus on Europe when we actually have a decent defense/midfield

Whats done is done... its over.. its in the past... 3-0 is difficult to swallow on any front but the writing was on the wall in Athens esp in the 1st half.. I've been hard on 30leafdick this summer but my hat will go off to him for doing his best, gritting his teeth and playing injured.... did well in the 1st half

Man U, Leverkusen or Valencia would be a GIGANTIC mountain to climb.... Either one of them would be almost a sure trip to Europa, but as long as we put up a fight, then we can't complain Sporting/CSKA/Shaktar would be a 'good" draw considering the competition... I'd give us 40% chance of going through with those teams
