Yes, but things will be changed to benefit the bigger clubs and countries. In the near future you have to move up to 10th to have that ticket. CL is becoming a big fat monster for the happy few. The times that a club like FC Basel or Genk survive the winterbreak might not be coming again. It is not only a matter of money (for the first time only 6(!) countries are involved in the last 16 of CL this season) but also policy (rule out the possibilities for the smaller clubs and countries by granting the bigger countries 4 participants).
